do not like it at all

The car feels cheap. Idk i bought this car for my girlfriend, she picked it. I dont like anything about it i am sorry.

unexpected issues

My car has never been in an accident ,Thank God therefor i do not understand the poor quality of the paint {peeling off in some areas ) also the water leaks i have experience a few times already and i have always kept up with all the service recommend ,But now need to replace things which i really didnt expect to have too

Better

Better gas Mileage, less rattling of the engine and a better timing chain. Ac makes the car rattle as well. Back seat ppl struggle to be in the back, especially if they are tall. Suspension needs to be modify.

Too many non-mechanical issues

I like the way this car handles, not many sport cars left on the market. I haven't had any engine issues, it only has 67K miles. But too many costly,unnecessary repairs such as: window wouldn't go up, door latch and handle, gas cap release and several others. Physical malfunctions leave me disappointed.

2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe

I really like the look and feel of this vehicle. The only problems I have with it are the doors are way to heavy, so be careful when opening your door and stepping out, because the door will most likely swing back and smash your leg! The other issue is the windows. There is not door frame at the top of the windows, so when you open the door the window automatically slides down about an eighth of an inch so when you close it, the window doesn't hit the top. This is great except in winter. If your windows are frozen shut, it doesn't automatically slid down and when you close your door, it sounds like your window is going to break because it hits the top!

Great car, fun to drive

Always wanted to purchase a Genesis coupe but never had the opportunity until about a year ago. I love this car, it's got just enough pep for me until I continue with my build. But it's good on gas for the way I drive, reliable, fast, somewhat good in the snow for being rwd. Definitely a nice sporty feel to the vehicle.

It's a fun car to drive with good acceleration. It maneuvers easily, and it looks great. The sound system is great.Gas mileage in the city is more than decent for a sporty car. It does get other people's attention.

2011 Genesis Coupe

90,000 miles - after the clutch failed at 30,000, I went to Hyundai CA - they replaced it, tho out of warranty. Runs and handles well. First and Reverse are too close together on the 6 speed mantran. Driver side remote lock broke at 40K; $600 to fix - ridiculous. I have a key. It's big - I like small; I'd like an electric sport coupe - none in the market except Tesla which costs way too much.

Unexpected Surprise

Previous cars included corvette, Jaguar XJS, Mitsubishi 3000GTVR4, i.e. highly responsive, head-turning appearance, well-engineered, feeling of driver-control. Genesis 3.8 took me by surprise. Compares very favorably with previous cars and lots of positive comments from both friends and total strangers!!! Additionally, Taylor dealer support is thorough and very professional.

Bought new

Best sports car on the road for the price. 40,000 miles without a warranty problem. Just replaced tires at 40,000 miles. Oil changes and once wiper blades is all I have had to do. Drove from L. A. To Florida twice with this car and only had one flat tire. Seats were comfortable even after many 8 hour driving days. Great car so far.

Better than a Honda

I was a 25 year repeat Honda buyer until My Wife and I bought 2 of these cars. The Track and the Grand Touring. Drove across the Country 4 times in 5 years with no problems. Best cars we ever had.
