Best EV on the road

Our second ioniq 5. The 2022 was nice but the 2025 surpasses it. Range is better, can now charge at any charger in the country and was made in Savannah Georgia. Interior very comfortable, good combination of touch screen and physical buttons beautiful sunroof and great safety features adaptive cruise and heads up display. We love it

An excellent EV experience

This car delivers - great range; great oomph; and so much room inside. It rides great and has top-notch driver assist and safety features. The excellent regenerative breaking system provides a lot of recharge during city driving, which is a huge boost to the efficiency.

Smooth, comfortable, fast and fun

This is my 2nd Ioniq 5 after driving a Tesla Model 3 for 4 years. With this edition, Hyundai really listened to customers and made a great car. I have very little negative to say, but if I had to, I'd suggest a brighter readout for the HVAC controls, a light mode option for the infotainment system, a clock in the main instrument cluster, a way to default to i-pedal, and implementing SiriusXM with 360L, which I thought was supposed to be part of the 2025 models.

Everything I hoped for -- and more

There are many things I love about this car. It is extremely quiet, but powerful. Very easy to steer. Love the safety features. It charges quickly with my home level 2, and its rangei is much more than advertized.

Love it! Incredible zippy performance, range & efficiency is great!

The Ionic 5 is my first all EV. This required some change in planning, but now that I have that mostly dialed in and confident about the range, I want to take it everywhere. I used to drive a manual 6-speed Mini. The immediate zip of the Ionic 5 is just as fun! I specifically looked for a hatchback to transport my bike without disassembly. No problem. I prefer smaller profile vehicles and this is mostly true of the Ionic 5. It is not as tall and bulky as standard SUVs, yet the interior range, especially in the backseat is incredible. This is a very well designed and high quality vehicle.

Don't buy a Tesla!

I love this car! First time EV owner, couldn't be happier. Car is roomy, easy to drive, easy to use. Nice combination of buttons (most car owners are used to) with touchscreen "infotainment". The latter takes a little time to get used to but it's now second nature to me. Back seats are roomy and also has power adjustment and heated seats, often not found in other similar cars. Car accelerates nicely, 4WD is a must for New England winters.

Amazing Car
