Great vehicle

It is a fantastic car with great range. Though it won’t be my forever car because of small but meaningful gaps in features (lack of power seat profiles, lack of retracting mirrors, second power seat, etc), an amazing entry into the EV world.

Love this car

Looks great, drives fast, decent range. What more can you ask for? Ok, a couple things are missing on the SEL, but still a fun drive and great value.

Excellent alternative to a Tesla Model 3

I had a Model 3 but could not support that company anymore. After doing a lot of research, the data was clear—the Ioniq 6 is the best alternative to the Tesla Model 3. Not only does it drive smoother and quieter than the Model 3, it is much roomier, has common-sense physical buttons and just looks more sleek and modern. A few things I would change with the Ioniq 6: the sound system on the SEL is very mediocre. I also hate that there's no walk-away locks or seat memory on the SEL either. One thing Tesla gets right is doing away with this ridiculous trim system. One car with all the same bells and whistles. There were no Limited trims available anywhere within 100 miles of my location so even if I wanted to pay for these extra features, I couldn't unless I wanted to special order and wait 6-8 weeks.

First EV - very impressed

This car is fun to drive and has great safety features that make driving easier. It also has plenty of range for daily driving around town and a trip to the big city about 80 miles away only charging at home.

First EV, Amazing Experience!

I got this car a week ago as my first ever Lease. What an amazing car! I have the SEL RWD in Transmission Blue, which I think is an amazing color. The 225hp feels more like 350-400 with the 270ft/lbs of torque. The regen breaking in town will basically make it so you use no battery at all around town. Love the styling of the exterior, and the style and comfort of the interior. Overall an amazing car that I would recommend to anyone looking to get into an EV or get out of a Tesla.

A real drivers car.

The Ioniq 6 is a real driver's car that just happens to be electric! I have driven Audis for the last 35 years, but was tired of waiting for an EV sedan. I don't like SUVs! The Ioniq 6 Limited AWD is comfortable, well-equipped, fast, and handles like a sports sedan. Charging is fast and convenient.
