Better than a Tesla

This car is comparable to the Tesla Model 3 in size, styling and performance but much easier to drive. Controls are easy to find and work consistently.

Truly a Tesla Killer!

After switching from leasing two different Teslas previously, I would find it very hard to choose a different EV! I truly LOVE my Hyundai Ioniq 6!!!! Really nice look as well…instead of looking like all the Tesla owners.

My 2025 Ioniq 6 is Comfortable, Quiet, and Economical

It took some time to get used to the Ioniq 6 quiet, comfort, and discover it's many well thought-out features. But now, after a thousand miles, I feel like I'm taking a step back in time when I am in a different vehicle. Also, the Ioniq 6 operating costs are so low! I used to spend $70 or more each month for fuel and around $500/yr for normal maintenance on my previous gasoline-powered car. My Ioniq 6 costs maybe $20 each month to charge at home and I may average $200/yr for normal maintenance like the cabin air filter and tire rotation.

I've had my I6 for two months and it's been great. I am going to take it cross-country next month, so we will see how it does and how easy it is to find charging spots.

Overall it is fabulous I really miss my camera 360 when parking especially parallel parking and could see . ( has a high country traverse) And the ability to have the car auto lock when you walk away with the keys Using the phone to lock and unlock and start the car has been nice but unlocking it is sometimes a challenge

Even in this horrible Austin traffic, I always look forward to getting into my car and taking off. So much power and so fun to drive. And it is so pretty! I feel superior to other cars.

So Far, So Good!

We are approaching 5k miles, and all is well so far. Following the 80/20 SOC rule, range is a decent ballpark 175 miles but could be better. The 2 year complimentary Electrify America charging has been very useful while on trips. Vehicle is comfortable, handles well, and has great pickup in eco mode, amazing zip in Power mode. Trunk room is more than adequate. Center console is a plus. I have received more than a few positive comments regarding the looks. One niggling and unexpected negative has to do with wind noise from the passenger mirror when driving over 25 mph. Overall, thumb's up!
