Almost perfect but service is bad
I purchased a Hyundai ioniq Ev 9, Vin 7YAMWFS54TY003719, on June 13, 2025. In early August, a component suffered severe damage: the plastic panel surrounding the front camera was severely damaged and cracked, with five symmetrical cracks appearing along the entire panel. On August 13, I had the car inspected by the sales and repair departments, who concluded that someone had struck the panel. They refused to grant me a warranty. This conclusion is unacceptable. I filed a complaint with BAR, and the mediator agreed that the panel had no obvious signs of damage. However, they replied that they could not force the after-sales service to grant me a warranty. This result is also unacceptable. I am awaiting Hyundai recall or warranty.
