Ioniq 9 is 360 miles plus range with 100% charges and fast enough to handle the load conditions and traffic conditions also ride quiet and comfortable and roomy excellent electric vehicle

Met all expectations and provided a few extra nice surprises.

Overall I am very happy with the choice to purchase the IONIQ 9. I acclimated quickly to the controls and driving the vehicle. I have a few, what I consider nitpick, issues about the insert above the tires, or the choice of the dash insert in front of the passenger, and the driver seat remained stiffer/hard after using the massage. The 300+ miles on a full charge and the aDC fast charge capability has greatly reduced my range anxiety, though more miles would always be better. I get tons of compliments on the look and finish of the car. All my friends love it when I pick them up to go somewhere.

Overall, great car.

This is my first EV, coming from a BMW x5 plug in. Overall build quality is good, satisfy with the EV range. I do wish leather-is an available option. Slight wind noise on highway.

Best car I ever owned

After driving 3,000 miles in two months the car has performed well. I like how spacious and comfortable it is. The only flaw I have noticed is that when using the lane keeping feature, it constantly moves slightly left and right rather than keeping a steady lateral position in the middle of the lane. Not enough to be a safety concern but enough to be slightly uncomfortable for people in the car. It would also be nice if the cruise control adjusted to a new lower speed limit at or before the new speed limit rather than a few seconds after which potentially could result in a ticket.

The perfect road tripper

I've been driving for 50 years and I can say without hesitation that my 2026 IONIQ 9 Calligraphy Performance is the best car I've ever owned. This is my second EV, the first being a 2022 Kia EV6 GT Line AWD. While I thoroughly enjoyed my 3.5 years with the EV6, I wanted more interior room and more range between charging. I looked at a lot of larger EVs, but none worked for me for a variety of reasons -- price, charging speed, general look and feel. When I saw that the IONIQ 9 was out, I immediately went to a local dealer, test drove it, and took it home. The car is powerful, serene in the extreme (so quiet!), incredibly spacious, and has more range than my body does. I've taken it on four long road trips in the two months I've owned it, including a round trip from the Cincinnati area to Orlando. It performed perfectly.

Surprise Surprise

Its large, its comfortable, its loaded with tech, its pretty quick, and it isn't a minivan. Everyone asks what it is....I enjoy that. Overall, Hyundai's first electric 7 seater knocks it out of the park. My only disappointment was that the design wheels arent the standard wheel on the performance calligraphy.

My second Hyundai EV did not disappoint!

This is comparable to the Cadillac EV only one hundred thousand less. The basically have the same bells and whistles in regards to features, although you can't beat Hyundai's warranty n free charges. Almost 500 miles per charge, 3rd row seating etc...

Like the range, ride quality, and the feature set. Did not like that the passenger seat control tab came out with few weeks of buying. Does not give a good feeling of quality or reliability even though rest of the car seems good quality and design.

Great for moving anything in the back end with the seats down.

Be careful in judging where you are going and how many steep hills or mountains you will be driving. I had some scares in the beginning. I don't like the place where to start the SUV, awkward. Mostly quiet, don't open the windows , there goes the noise. I charge at home. I invested in the charging installation. It is 3watts per hour compared to two on the home charge. It was cheaper for this one. I am happy with my SUV just not happy with the cost. It is not cheap.
