Awesome car good relation price quality

Awesome car good relation price quality, the best is the gas per mile, The touchscreen is well-lit and responds well to touch inputs. Device integration and phone pairing are simple and support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

Road trip

After two months, I took the car to Los Angeles, the ride at times was a little rough; the roads had a lot to with it. The car performed beautifully. I averaged over 30 miles per gallon which surprised me. I had a Mercedes C-300 before this car and quiet honestly this car was more comfortable and had features that I would have had to pay extra on the C-300. I am very pleased with this vehicle. I would like to see a larger gas tank and some more soundproofing to make this an even better car. It is a great buy.

Great little hybrid!

I’m loving my Ioniq! Getting an average of 62+ mpg is amazing and kind of like playing a video game. It doesn’t have the greatest pick-up but I wouldn’t expect it to and that’s not the most important thing to me. Just wish it (1) had a rear windshield wiper and (2) allowed you to lock the car before your pocket was all the way out of the door! Also wish I’d gotten the navigation system. (Haven’t has it through a New England winter yet...)

Review of above vehicle

This is a nice looking vehicle. I have owned a previous hybrid sonata and this vehicle drives much more like a regular gas driven car. It has excellent acceleration and braking is also excellent. Interior is nice and seats are comfortable. Dual cooling system functions nicely. A bit more road noise than I would like but acceptable. Entertainment system same as Sonata and is OK. no preset station buttons but most cars have eliminated this feature. Good trunk space but has to be opened from the outside. No inside release. A silly omission. The rear window has a bar across it due to the design of the rear door but one gets used to it. No auto opener on the key fob for trunk door. Also silly. Nice car basically.

Love my Ioniq

I purchased the car in June (new) and only driven 2500 to date. So far I love it! Very comfortable and roomy. I'm averaging 47 mpg and hoping to be at 50 mpg. I love Hyundai's LIFETIME warranty on the electric battery and Hyundai's overall warranty for the car.

Not bad

My only concerns are that the gas mileage on the app doesn't match what the car says and braking is sometimes not easy. I don't drive fast, but I'd like to slow down better when I hit the brakes. I don't appreciate being told I need a minimum amount of characters on this and wish I'd never filled this out because now I'm just writing stuff to fill up this space.

Like and dislikes

Like - gas mileage/ quality feel/ overall has a nice ride with decent power/ base blue doesn't seem to lots to offer. Dislike - maybe it's my imagination, but it seems as the outside temp goes up my average gas mileage goes down, 100 degrees avg 42-44, 90 degrees 46-49, 80 degrees 50-52, 70 degrees 52-54, why???? Would be nice to have a manual trip mileage/ back seat center arm rest with cup holders/ auto passenger window. When making a u-turn has a jerky feel, like the wheels aren't adjusting to the turn.

Garmendia Ioniq

Love the improvements made to your hybrid. Also very impressed with electronic options thru computer. Miss having on board gps though. Also miss panoramic sky roof, not sure if it was available with Ioniq.

Still going well

I have over 25k miles now and MPGe is still going very well, which is the most important to me. Cold weather is approaching and as expected it is dropping a bit, but that is understandable. I have noticed some shifting concerns while slowly accelerating and had the shop investigate. They report no issues however it still seems to slip a bit between 3rd and 4th to me. Not a lot but it is noticeable to me. Most of the negative reports about this vehicle as far as road noise and restricted view are not as important to me as I feel it is a bit nit picky. Still on the original Michelin tires with good tread wear (I'm a Michelin Fan!) and I expect I will make it thru another season with these doing well. Still a great car and I would still recommend! Overall Vehicle review

I wish the car had come with a spare tire, even if it cost more. The seats could be a bit softer. The vehicle definitely should have a CD player. The "tilt down" feature of the exterior mirrors when in reverse has already stopped working and I have less than 300 miles on the vehicle. I am disappointed with the gas mileage as compared to the 2017 Toyota Prius I traded in. The best mpg so far is 50.0 on the highway at a stady 65 mph and 45 mpg around town. This is a minimum of 10% less than my 2017 Toyota Prius, with the Prius getting around 60 mpg on the highway at a steady 70 mph. I was told by the dealer's ,mechanic that this will improve as the engine "breaks in".....we'll see. (I'm not too optimistic).

Great Hybrid!

Great gas mileage on this little hybrid. Car has enough power to zip out into traffic if need without worrying you have to wait for a giant opening. Love the radio with android auto as well. Great safety features and amazing warranty to help keep you on the road. All in all would differently by it again.

2019 Hyundai Ioniq hybrid

Nice car.Lots of space for passengers and luggage. Rear window visibility only fair. No internal or remote trunk lid opener. No Blue link on this vehicle - all Hyundais should have this. Safety features good. Goo9d mileage, handles well with good acceleration. Customers should be told that the $1,800.00 body modification package is OPTIONAL. I was led to believe that this was NOT optional. Window tint not necessary. Safety lug nuts already on car - a good feature.

Hyundai Ioniq review

This is an awesome find . I have been having this for a month now and it looks great and runs with no issues so far .The only draw back is they really need to work on improving its Range. Currently it is just 141 Miles ..

Great overall car with only minor complaints

Overall the car is great! I only have two issues with it. 1. I do wish the range was a little more, but it meets my needs easily 95% of the time. 2. the sound system in the limited could use some work. At lower volumes it comes across sounding a bit thin. For a $37,000 car I expected a bit more from the sound system. Otherwise, I genuinely love the car! I have a charger at work too that's free so in the month I've owned it I haven't spent a penny on my own transportation cost. That alone makes me love it.

Good vehicle

At $99.00/month for the lease, how can you refuse?!? The limited range, 135 miles on a full charge resulted in the loss of one star. Otherwise, it is a decent car with adequate features. It is very quiet and has excellent acceleration.

PHEV Ioniq

Car is okay. Realize you're not getting a quick car. Other than that is is excellent. Doesn't use much gas, easy to charge, and easy to drive. Technology is great, and prospective buyers should upgrade.

first Hyundai

I've owned several Toyota's over the years. This is my first Hyundai. I chose it for my next new car because it offered more options and a much better warranty than Toyota. After the purchase I found more things that the Hyundai has over the Toyota.

Good value for PHEV

I have a 30 mile round trip commute to work and the battery/EV mode allows me to use no gas during the months of the year where I don't need to turn on the heat. It is enjoyable during the warmer months to see 999mpg during my work commutes. Charges overnite on 110V in garage. During the winter months, when I turn on the heat, the gas engine fires up and I then get around 80-200mpg (depending on how I set the heater temp), typically 120 or so. Overall this is a good car. With the rear seats folded down, I can fit my mountain bike with the front wheel removed into the hatchback - very important to me. I enjoy the ride, especially in EV mode, and a bit less so when the gas engine kicks in due to the engine noise. I prefer this cars styling as compared to the Prius Prime, as well as the transmission/shifting points. This is my first hybrid and PHEV and it was a good value. I hope it won't cost alot to repair in the years ahead, since it is not a high volume vehicle.
