Great SUV, but needs more power than the 147/190 HP engines

Great SUV 1. The 147 hp engine is not enough. The 190 hp engine a good base engine, but it needs 275 to 300 hp sport N model.

The Kona for 2024 is built very well and feels secure and comfortable though the front passenger headrests could use a overhaul by making them moveable.

Really great car with just a couple issues

This is a fantastic car - luxury without a ridiculous price tag. The vents and Apple Car Play are my only issues. Vents are very hard to aim (especially at your face in the summer!) and Apple Car Play doesn't pair with my phone the way it's supposed to.

Mechanical issues continue. Other items listed below!!

Taillight stays on, fan comes on while the car is off, seat will not go any higher for me!! No place to put your purse. Unable to see curbs!! Battery has gone dead two times!!

This is our 2nd Kona, and I will always be thankful for the durability and safety features after my wife got in an accident with a tractor trailer. She walked away uninjured from a car that was totaled! Thank you, Hyundai.

Too much electronics on dash, can’t deal with remedy without stopping

Most gadgets on the car are not needed to be a competent driver. Some you cannot override. Knowing what to look for now would not buy a Hyundai.

Like the Kona a lot. I do not like the shifter on the column.

The screen is very confusing. Too many different options. Too much time trying to figure it out. Have almost been in an accident due to this.

LED failed after 1.5 years, dealer refused warranty repair.

The LED light on my 2024 Hyundai Kona stopped working after just a year and a half. Dealer said it’s a common issue but still refused to fix it under warranty and wants me to replace the whole headlight. Not acceptable for a car this new.

It’s ok

It’s meant to be sporty with comfort but it’s not a comfortable ride at all. You feel everything on the road while driving. It’s also not a quiet ride you hear everything even though the windows are closed . Definitely not a car I would purchase again.
