Great family vehicle

I got the Palisade so I could take all of my grandchildren at the same time. It is very roomy and everyone fits well. I particularly like the fact that there are LATCH tethers in the 3rd row. I love the auto dimming side mirrors. There are so many fancy extras.

2026 Palisade Hybrid

Very quiet with a nice ride feel. Fuel economy is excellent 30+ on a trip 27 in town. Have had a couple software issues, one that the car said it was low on oil when it was actually full happened three time until they got it corrected. One when it just did a software update and cleared all the trip miles on a business trip when we were keeping track of miles for tax write off purposes. Thirty five hundred miles with no other issues.We get lots of positive comments on the cars looks.

Not a Happy Buyer Right Now

OK, we like the vehicle overall, but we are not happy. We're on the 3rd Recall and the "fix" for one of the recalls removes one of the features we liked when deciding on purchasing the Palisade - the ability to adjust the second and third row seats from the dashboard console. Also, without notification, the integrated Dash Cam functionality was changed so that recording while driving cannot be recorded in 1 minute intervals but instead the entirety of a drive is recorded. I am not sure what happens when the card is full and overwriting begins but this change is not good. Also, our BlueLink account subscription was deleted by the dealership over a month ago and Hyundai / BlueLink cannot correct the issue and we cannot re-activate our subscription. A case ticket was created over 2 weeks ago after waiting 2 weeks prior for a system update at Hyundai but the issue has not been resolved. I paid a lot for this vehicle but right now, the car does not have the features that I paid for and the technical service unreliable.

Very Good, but Not Perfect

My wife and I truly enjoy driving our '26 Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy. It is very quiet and smooth. Our grandkids love it too as they enjoy all the features of the second row seats. I do have one negative that I need to share. We had a '20 Telluride before buying this and I have to say that the Highway Driving Assist in the Telluride was way better than what we have experienced in this new Palisade. The Lane Centering can be sketchy at times. I have taken it to our local dealer to check out and they said everything seemed normal. Driving it for only a few minutes may not reveal any problems but it does have a hard time staying in the center of the lane at times. There are many YouTube video reviews that also point this out. I'm really hoping Hyundai will not ignore this issue and fix it sometime soon. I've noticed that others have mentioned this in these reviews as well so come on Hyundai, fix it. Other than that, it really is a nice vehicle and we are very happy with it.

Happy so far

For the most part. Niggling electronic stuff. Had to reprogram Garage opener twice, needs it again. Subscribed to "PEANUTS" and lighting but still doesn't show up. Can't find odometer mileage.

Great Vehicle

Bought this to replace a 2023 Palisade and we love it. Very comfortable ride and excellent for family road trips. Interior is very easy to reconfigure for hauling and can carry an impressive amount of cargo.

After 4 months

Car detail is pretty good. The drives smooth and easy on city streets, on the highway it has a little fight to stay within a lane. It pulls slightly to one side or the other, it feels like maybe the electric power isn’t being provided at a consistent rate when supplementing with electric power. It’s also I a bit quirky on the human ergonomics. Finding some of the settings/functions typically takes a while to find. Expected MPG is not being met. We are seeing 25 MPG since purchase and nearly all “current trips” are also 25MPG. I get better mileage in my BMW X5 when freeway driving.

Nice for the money

The Sel premium car is nice for what it is. We loved the Calligraphy trim we had, but traded it in because of the recall and our concern for out small children. The Sel premium doesn't stand up to the Calligraphy

Losing confidence in my purchase decision

Owned calligraphy trim since mid February. I wrote off the warnings to disable passive digital key entry as a new model bug. Since the half baked fix for the recall 296, walk in mode can crush the legs of 3rd row passengers by forcing the 2nd row to home itself full rear. The new seat logic is not intuitive to friends and family riding for the first time as it's hard to predict what direction the seat or seatback will go if you try to adjust. Unfortunately if you want the heads up display or other top end features you must also accept these dangerous seats. No option for manual and no more improvements expected. Mechanically, I have not had issues in 2500 miles and have gotten up to 30mpg. Pay close attention to how the company is addressing fixes as it seems to be an indicator that the vehicle just isn't ready to meet at its advertised and warrantied levels yet.

Smooth Ride

This is a smooth riding vehicle. I am very glad I waited to get the Hybrid. Good gas mileage and satisfying power. Software updates sometimes take awhile for everything to reset. I wish the car would automatically lock when you walk away. The music does not mute when you start a call.

Amazing car except one thing.

The power seats still need work after a few updates to the system since the incident. at the beginning the 2nd row didn't fold with enough space to get in and out of the 3rd row then an update happened and it the space was great but it would not fold automatically which is understandable. and now the 2nd row doesn't provide enough space when folding and doesn't happen automatically. besides that the car is great and I really like it.

Amazing features but horrible customer service on recalls

Value for money: This vehicle is hard to beat. Performance: Excellent. Features: Outstanding—nothing else in this segment matches what it offers. Handling: Could be improved. Recalls & customer support: Unfortunately, dealing with customer service during recalls is a nightmare. Overall, the vehicle itself is amazing to own, but the experience is overshadowed by serious concerns about how customer service handles recalls—you’ll feel impressed by the car yet frustrated and uneasy about the support process.
