I don’t know what you want in this box

A good value for the money. The smell issue is known by Hyundai but they apparently don’t think it’s enough of an issue to issue a recall or find a permanent fix. Online searches suggest the headrest are at fault but I have not been notified of this or offered replacements. I think Hyundai should be more aggressive in taking care of this issue

My Palace on Wheels

This is a head turner, stylish, comfortable, safe and handles well. Excellent manageability, good on gas and offers a level of prestige. I am very pleased with this truck from the moment I saw it I knew I had to "Make it Mine".

Loyal to Hyundai x 6 but Palisade is much noisier than comparable ehicke

This is my 6th and priciest Hyundai (Palisade). Lots of wind noise and whistling at medium plus speeds. I’m loyal to Hyundai because of dependability and loaded tech, but this vehicle is much noisier than comparable vehicles.

A perfect vehicle...almost

We bought our 2020 Palisade new and fell in love with it immediately. The comfort, roominess, overall design, storage space and handling are all fantastic. Two very big negatives - 1) Road noise is a constant. 2) Front windshield shatters/cracks very easily. We have already replace 2 windshields in less than a year. Any small rock hit and the cracks start. The most frustrating part is that this is a well known issue that you can read about on every owner's forum yet the manufacturer treats it like it does not exist. There are several lawsuits pending. Very dangerous.

Love the PALISADES BUT WOULD LIKE BETTER GAS MILEAGE

Good road vehicle, good support in seating, spacious, cruise control with in lane monitor system is outstanding. Very safe to drive, but like better fuel economy as in town at times drops to 17mpg (and I do not have a heavy foot). Highway mileage on cruise control is up to 25mpg (Toyota Highlander gets 35mpg so jealous there especially with gas prices projected to hit $4 per gallon due to the shutdown of new pipeline construction...thank you Mr President, especially since you have free limos for life...why should you care

Road noise

Since I bought the SUV I noticed road noise when I get on the highway. It’s so loud that you can’t even hear people on the phone. I brought this to the attention of the dealership at the first oil change.They told me Hyundai is working on the issue

Fun vehicle to drive. Filled with lots of safety features. (limited model) Get good complements from everyone on styling. Interior is very nice. Leather seats are very comfortable. Overall very pleased with Palisade after one year of use.

Palisade Review

Hyundai Palisade is a reliable and dependable SUV car, Its features, comfort and the drivability are excellent. I have driven this car over 20,000 miles without facing any discomfort. The only drawback of this car is it has wind noises when driving over 60 miles. I hope that manufacturer will resolve this problem by a new insulation.

I like the car overall very much. Drives well in all weather conditions, comfortable, good on gas considering it’s a larger SUV. Cons:on going issues with electronics since a month after buying the car.

Very satisfied with vehicle. Some wind noise at times. Also consider if you live in an 'extreme weather state' Hyundai will recommend twice as frequent oil changes that other states. This was not explained at the time of purchase.

Best car in its class with minor caveats

Without any doubt best design, especially interior design in its class, very comfortable, very pleasant to drive. Very well appointed, lots of technology that is well designed and easy to use. Great drive, low noise, roomy.

Great vehicle however the wind noise is an issue

Love this vehicle but very disappointed in the wind noise, if it weren’t for the wind noise I would rate the car a full 10. It has all the bells and whistles you would get on a BMW X5 but without the sticker shock. It’s isn’t cheap but still gives you a lot more than any other vehicle for the same price or less!

needs to have power fold ability for rear view mirrors outside. needs to have power steering wheel tilt. needs to have front driver seat leg support. heads-up display should show blinkers and driving lights need to be brighter

Horrible garlic smell ?

My only reason for not giving this review five stars is because Hyundai needs to figure out the horrible garlic smell. It stinks on very hot days. It sends to be only in the top of the line models with tan nappa leather

Comfort driving and good amount of space

I was looking for a family car and thought about getting a Sante FE. I came across the Palisade and I knew this is the SUV that will be perfect for my family. It is easy for my kids to get in and out. There is lots of room and trunk space for traveling. It runs smooth and has enough power when switching to Smart/Sport mode.

2020 New with issues

Not a great SUV as we purchased the first design year and it has had issues. Wind noise, tires never balanced when put on suv so tires cupped and needed to be replaced at 12k miles. No support from Hyundai for tires or Bridgestone. Design flaw on towing package caused bumper to melt.

My Palisade

I love my Palisade, very nice car to drive. My Palisade did not come keyless and it do not connect to the blue link app. My seats are not heated as it is a 2020. Overall I do like my car it does drive nice. And I was tricked by my sales person on a few things but it’s ok

Overall happy with it

There are things that need to be worked out but overall, it's a great vehicle. I love it and it fits my family well and all the sports equipment I have to have in the back. The leg room is some of the best we have found.

Engine light came on

Engine light came on and engine ran rough for a awhile. Dealer scanned for issues and found none. A little nervous about it happening again and out of town. I wish there was a way service department could find out why engine light came on and fix for my peace of mind
