Love this car!!

We have been very happy with this car. Only issue(s) are difficulty of audio/phone system. No compass. Navigation is an expensive option. Many new cars come standard with navigation at this price point. Wind noise at highway speeds on driver side window.

Affordable style and comfort

The Palisade is surprisingly affordable with tons of thoughtful and fun features. Plentiful leg room and usb outlets galore! The tech features are useful and fun. It will be interesting to see what Hyundai comes up with next!

This is my first Hyundai and it did not disappoint! It is comfortable, fuel efficient, reliable, easy to drive, stylish and best of all, great performance. This vehicle is definitely a keeper and I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful vehicle, nice handling

This vehicle ticked all the boxes for us: space for 7 passengers, room for luggage, beautiful exterior and interior, Hyundai warranty and service. If you have an Android phone, instead of iPhone your connectivity to CarPlay would be easier and you could use the charging pad. There are a few kinks that we can hopefully have resolved - window seal is not quite air tight and squeals when on highway. Steering column has a whirring plastic noise when turned. Otherwise, we love our Palisade and get many compliments.

Overachiever!

I've left a previous review so I won't re-hash, but this is my 1 year update. If I were in the market again now, I'd buy this vehicle again without hesitation. It has surpassed expectations in every way. My wife still loves driving it every day, and I prefer it to my Infiniti Q70L sedan. Pretty nuts. I've encouraged family & friends to give the Palisade a look if they're in the market for an SUV that provides an incredibly value proposition. I urge you to do the same. We opted for the Limited trim, which was the top trim level for the 2020 (now comparable to the Calligraphy), and it was well worth the splurge. Test drove Acura MDX, GMC Arcadia, Audi Q5 and purchased the Hyundai. No regrets. Was hard to pass on the Audi, but again, the value proposition of the Palisade was impossible to beat, especially after the test drive. Go get one if you can.

Good family car. Seats are comfortable and well laid out. Cabin noise is annoying. There are some issues with charging when connecting to android auto/apple car play. Build quality is cheap. Got a windshield crack within the first few months of use.

Excellent style, ride and performance. Interior appointment s and workmanship is also excellent. Could not be happier with the vehicle except for the lack of a solution to eliminate the interior out gassing issue

Best Vehicle I have owned

I love the spaciousness of this car. Its quiet, lots of features, nearly drives itself. It handles well in the weather. I didn't even have to get studded tires for the winter and felt perfectly safe.

Great car. Roomy and a pleasure to drive. Finish and comfort are outstanding. Gas economy is quite good for this size vehicle. The all wheel drive is quite handy for safe winter driving. Safety features are significant. This a the limited model so fully loaded. There is nothing more that we would need to add.

2020 Palaside

Quantity vs Quality The palaisde has a nice quantity of features. it did fall short on a few things. The material on the back seats and the trunk catch lent and look worn out quickly because of how it's made. The leather quality could have been a little better. After a year in a half I am already seeing lines in the leather. The back window nets are a thin and cheap. I had a 2019 Sante Fe that had better window nets than the more expensive Palaside. It needs lighting in the third row. At night if I have one my kids back there, I can't see them unless I flash my flashlight from my phone.

Continuous Smell Coming From The Leather Seats

2020 Palasade Limited was our first choice for our Florida vehicle. Beautiful vehicle, except for the stench that continues to come from the leather seats…….buyer BEWARE……Hyundai will not resold this issue…….read up on it and do your homework before purchasing

2 years and 30000 miles of owning a Palisade

We've had our Palisade for 2 years and 30000 plus miles and are still happy with it and get a lot of compliments. Our main complaint is we get more rocks hitting the windshield on this vehicle than on any other vehicle we've ever had over a 40 year span, it's like a rock magnet. Another slight issue is when the wipers are in auto even on the lowest setting and there hasn't been rain or humidity in months the wipers come on randomly. The navigation infotainment system glitches out on occasion. Overall we are happy with the Palaside and would recommend it.

Highly recommended

Great styling and affordable with lots of options. The third row with optional captains chairs is awesome. More USB ports than you would ever need. The remote start option is a must have. Hyundai has out done themselves with the Pallisade.

Great SUV

This is an excellent SUV with great features and ride. It is has some of the best seats - better than even high end German sedans I have owned. You will be hard pressed to find anything to criticize.
