Caught my attention upon initial release, waited 5 months for availability to test drive, loved it immediately !

Styling and overall appearance, both inside and out is excellent. Vehicle presents itself well against competition. Strong engine, smooth transmission, lots of extras, overall great value. After two years, no complaints about decision. Would highly recommend to all buyers in same class, above most brands that I am already familiar with

Excellent quality and value.

A great car to drive, smooth and polished. The tech is great, but added to rather than in place of a solid and well designed automobile. Very comfortable on long trips, or great around town for hauling people or big loads of cargo. It is surefooted on mountain roads or 80 mph freeways, or even the occasional venture into back country. Best all around vehicle I have owned.

I absolutely love my vehicle.

It is comfortable. Has great safety features. It handles well in heavy rain and wind. The care looks great. Gas mileage is not bad for a car this size. Best of all, it is comfortable on very long trips!!

What a great car! Well worth the money!

I bought the Limited for my wife and she loves it. Best car she has ever owned. She beams when she is at the wheel! It does pretty good for mileage too for a heavy SUV. The interior is as plush as a much more expensive SUV in it's class.

Love the comfort and pleasure to drive

Beautiful car inside and out. Great for long road trips and powerful enough to tow an 1800 pound trailer. Has cargo space that is flexible with a split third row, auto seats, and auto hatch opening. The connectivity with Bluelink is a big plus. Plenty of charging ports. Wish there were lockable storage areas and security cameras available.

Always a surprise

Hyundai always surprises me first with our 2013 Sonata now with the 2020 Palisade, it runs so smooth and the engine is so powerful and I like the features that comes with the Palisade. I have been telling my wife that it is fun to drive.

Great car

Great car I love my palisade. Awesome features and good performance. Interior is comfortable, lots of cup holders and USB ports. Could use a little more storage when using an the seats. But it's a great car.

Palisades Perfection

I love my Palisades even more than I loved my Santa Fe. It’s the perfect SUV w/ a real 3rd row, cargo space and handles snow and weather with ease. Fantastic safety features - back up mirrors, blind spot detection, lane assist, blue tooth and blue link.

Love Palisade Limited!

Had five Toyota Highlanders before first Hyundai. Very impressed with quality and safety features. Wish had auto folding outside mirrors and one piece sun roof. Aroma in cabin is an issue. Web info indicates headrests material not same as seats as cause. Have to use air fresheners to help!

Really Good but not Great!

Hyundai went far above expectations for the price point of the Palisade. The absence of power folding side mirrors and the low ground clearance are two missteps. Build quality is excellent; however, quality assurance was lacking due to the terrible odor emanating from the headrests.

Love my Palisade

I really love my Palisade. It's been so comfortable to take on family trips. The only things I'm not happy about is the interior came with black carpet and it shows so much dirt! Otherwise it's been a really great car.

great vehicle at a great price

The ride is comfortable and quiet. The driving assistance is SO great! I love to put it on cruise at any speed as a way to have a "safety" catch in case traffic changes suddenly. It is so responsive. I love this SUV.

Horrible Repair Services

Horrible repair services. Two trips to the shop already. Took too long to get parts and repair. Already approaching three weeks for an air conditioner repair in the middle of the summer. Zero follow up and parts unavailable

Great vehicle with minor issues

We've had the vehicle for a year now. No major issues with it. The ride is comfy, power is acceptable and goes about its business smoothly and quietly. The transmission shifts well. The rear hatch that senses when your standing behind and opens automatically is good in theory but it gets kinda annoying when it opens accidentally when you happen to be standing behind it for a second to long for other reasons. The foot swipe method may be a better way. I think the biggest dislikes are (and I attribute some of it to being a first year run): 1) There's excessive wind noise starting at about 40-50mph coming from the driver side mirror and passenger side rear window. 2) there is no sunglasses holder in the overhead console. In it's place is a mirror for keeping an eye on the kids. 3) the lane keeping assist is too sensitive, it would be tolerable though if you could turn off the beeping warning. Those are all minor but detract slightly from an otherwise outstanding vehicle.

Solid and comfortable

I needed a vehicle with a large cargo area for work. The Hyundai had the most and was priced lower than the competition. After 83,500 miles on my 2020 SEL, I have to say without a doubt that this is a very reliable vehicle and the most comfortable and quietest of any vehicle that I've owned in the past.

An unbelievable vehicle for the price.

The 2020 Palisade is a wonderful vehicle. With today's automobiles the sky is the limit to get and pay for just about anything you want. The Palisade, in my opinion is the very best value for the price in the market today. It is not overdone but very well done and it provides a great automobile for the average income person, providing great pricing for a semi luxury vehicle, has great safety features, styling, and is a real pleasure to drive.

MAKE A HYBRID

it pained my greatly to trade this car in to get a competitors hybrid SUV. If you announced a hybrid palisade, I’d go buy it tomorrow. The value of the vehicle and ride is one of the best I’ve ever owned.

BEST PURCHASE I HAVE MADE IN YEARS!

I purchased my 2020 Hyundai Palisade from Elgin Hyundai, and dealt with Carlas Huerta. I must say, I have owned many vehicles and I absolutely love everything about my purchase. The comfort and amenities are second to none for the dollar and unmatched with any other brand.

Love the car, hate the customer service

We really enjoy the car but when needed answers from the customer service, we did not get any answers or help. The problem is that trying to go to another dealer ship for service is difficult, as the next dealer is not that close, so until we move somewhere else we need to work the dealer close by.
