Very stylish and affordable

We chose the palisade because of the experience we had with our Santa Fe. Also we were looking for something bigger, stylish , and classy. We got that with our palisade . Really like the exterior styling of the palisade

Many compliments

I love my car but disappointed about tires squealing and brakes squeaking already. Sales team and service team have been disappointing but quality of the car is good. I feel like the sales person was not knowledgeable about the car because it was too new and she breezed over certain features or questions because she didn’t know the answers or information. About the vehicle, I find myself googling a lot to figure out certain features of my car, learning as I go.

Beautiful vehicle and very well done for the price; however...

This car model is going to fill up our roads and definitely give the Honda Pilot some serious competition. I think it's a beautiful car, very well appointed with styling and safety features. The particular car I got is well on it's way to lemon status, however. I appreciate that Hyundai's warranty is covering the repairs, but not what you expect when spending over $50k for a brand new vehicle, thus I'm disappointed and not giving 5 stars.

Overall I like the vehicle it’s just some things I found out AFTER THE FACT. That’s a real big TURNOFF like no gps, no sat after I had both in other vehicles I had prior. You just get used to having them in your car especially SPEAKERS that really sound good. It kinda hurts made me feel like I screwed up by getting the WRONG car.

My experience

Love the vehicle overall, just wish fuel economy was better. Also, I have teenagers and I gave them too much credit. I wanted cloth seats because they don't get as hot during the summer. Already have a stain on one of my seats. Lesson learned. :-)

Overall nice 8 passenger car.Very stylish inside and out. Drive could be smoother gas mileage ok for car of its size.There are a lot of features.Car is very comfortable great lumbar support. Excellent safety features.

Missing options

This is a very nice vehicle however they could add a few options I feel should be on it. 1-I don’t understand why there is no way of knowing when the vehicle is running with remote start,please add parking lights when in remote start mode. 2-The garage door link on the rear view mirror isn’t lit at night,have to fumble around to find button at night. 3- Where are the power folding side mirrors,pulling into tight garage you have to get out of vehicle and manually fold mirrors Other than above mentioned is seems to be a quality vehicle.

Expensive Oil Cahnge

Went in to get an oil change on our Santa Fe and took a looked at the Palisade. We had liked the styling on the Kia Telluride, but the Palisade, made it look too brutish. It had more room than the Santa Fe and we fell for in love with it! No regrets on the pricey oil change, at all!!!

Midnight Cloud Palisade

The vehicle purchasing experience was amazing! Everything at the dealership far exceeded my expectations. This vehicle is a great built vehicle and is very comfortable to ride in. The second row seats are hard to let down, the vehicle did not come with a automatic trunk lift.

Replaced our 19 Sante Fe that was totaled. These were hard to find at the time in the color I wanted. We did the lease option and loving it so far. Great looks and style. Get the fun gadgets and upgrade as it is so worth it.

Overall great

I really do like the Palisade. It's comfortable, easy to drive, many features plus heated/cooled seats. However, the torque is weak making acceleration limp and choppy. The opening sunroof could be larger.

A 5 star vehicle with a 1 star smel

The vehicle was a replacement for a late model SUV with a MSRP 2.5 times the price of the Palisade, while nowhere near the same performance and handling the Palisade is a great touring vehicle loaded with many useful features. Comfortable, well appointed and excellent interior space.

Palisade is a really nice car

I do not know why you include this sort of exposition in the questionnaire. I like the car and find it very comfortable for long trips. The seating arrangement in the car is spacious. The sound system is excellent.

Good Value With Luxury Features

The car overall is a winner. The ride is smooth and confident, engine power is good and the car is very comfortable. The car is loaded with safe driving technology that makes the car a pleasure to drive. There are a few minor issues and fuel economy could be better.

Love it!

I love my palisade! Step up from my last 2 Traverses. Only downside is entertainment system and external noise from doors when going fast. Otherwise, I did research prior to buying and this was highly tested for safety features and reliability. So far, I agree with the experts.

great car lots of pick up. looks good paint color, rainforest, is pretty cool. road noise could be canceled a bit more. Very automated, high beams, lane assist, smart cruise control, proximity alerts. all very good while traveling long distances.

Great looking ride

Love everything about my car. However the smell is getting hard to deal with. At night when I need to open my garage I can’t find the button I need. My friends at night can’t find the seatbelt with little to not light in rear.

Great vehicle for the price

The Palisade is extremely comfortable to drive and ride in. When driving everything is at your finger tips-easy to understand and operate. I would highly recommend this vehicle to others. It’s an excellent vehicle, with most of the usual bells and whistles, for under $50k. Only issue there has been is the bad chemical smell on the inside. Once Hyundai figures out what causes this smell and fixes it worldwide-I would then rate this vehicle 5 stars without question!

Almost There

I fell in love with the Palisade before it came out. So far I like my palisade, but I'm not in love. Its a little louder than I anticipated, but I bought it so I'm going to drive it. I wasn't expecting the highway road noise to be so intense. My steering wheel column also needs to be changed because its making a swoshing noise when I turn. This could be an amazing vehicle if they just do something about the road noise.
