2020 Palisade

This is a great vehicle for the price. I owned a Ford Explorer before this purchase. This vehicle has more room and rides better than the Explorer. The only fault I have is a wind whistling noise at interstate speeds. This has been a recall problem and will be fixed at the dealer.

Really happy for the most part with my purchase...features are great and I believe are best for its class and mostly found on only the most expensive brands...as a matter of fact even with some of the few flaws I found...I purchased two..1 for spouse and then 1 for my self.

Car is nice, but service is terrible.

Car is nice, but service has been terrible - even with issues that were present when I drove the car off the lot. Good amount of room. Like the wide screen and technology. Like some of the kid friendly features, like back window shades, plastic on backs of front seats.

2020 Palisade limited

I like the car. The 3rd row seating does not have any lights. The car is comfortable and gets fairly good mileage for a mid to large SUV in the 26 to 27 mpg if strictilly on the road. It will also tow up to 5,000 pounds nicely.

Great features and ride, but noisy

The features and ride are great. Good styling. There is a lot of road noise when driving and service has not been great. Remote start has been kind of quirky, the vehicle will just shut off after 30 seconds at times, which is a little annoying.

Great SUV

Impressions of the Hyundai palisade

This is an excellent family car. Standard features fat exceed many comparable vehicles costing more. Safety features are very impressive. Ride quality is very good for the price category. The only main issues are road noise and wind noise which could not be corrected by the dealership. Different tires mayvcorrect the road noise and comfort over bumps. The ride can be rough over bumps and rough roads. On smooth roads so right quality is excellent.

Nice Addition to the Hyundai Family

At first glance you would thinking going from the Santa Fe to the Palisade wouldn't be that much different, but trust me it is. Our family of five, with two adult children, felt the difference on the road trip. But the big sell, are the safety features the Palisade comes with. For the price, the style and ride this vehicle was worth the upgrade.

Satisfied with my Palisade

Hyundai made a Great SUV. Very minor flaws: minor issues with wind noise, ride quality. Decent fuel economy and engine power. Great value! I would definitely recommend it. The Limited feels like a luxury car!

Fine suv with many features found in more expensive vehicles .This palisade gets good mileage although the power could be improved somewhat. The warranty is terrific compared to other makes and I hope that it proves to be reliable down the road.

Nice Palisade!!!

Nice car but need to fix some issues, fuel gauge shows empty a few times so my wife was panic. One of the tires balloon up and needed to replace immediately which put us into a very dangerous situation if we didn’t see it.

My ride

Great vehicle, lots of room, and 3rd row ccx very great. Recommend for someone that needs the space. Seats are comfortable and spacious interior. Color is great, and interior colors are superb. Great driveability.

Beautiful vehicle, nice handling

This vehicle ticked all the boxes for us: space for 7 passengers, room for luggage, beautiful exterior and interior, Hyundai warranty and service. If you have an Android phone, instead of iPhone your connectivity to CarPlay would be easier and you could use the charging pad. There are a few kinks that we can hopefully have resolved - window seal is not quite air tight and squeals when on highway. Steering column has a whirring plastic noise when turned. Otherwise, we love our Palisade and get many compliments.

Would have given 5 stars but the seats are wearing poorly

This is the 4th Hyundai I’ve purchased new - you can’t beat the value of Hyundai for the money! So many options, this ranks right up there with the BMWs and Mercedes SUVs we were looking at. I love everything about this vehicle except the Napa Leather seats are wearing poorly.

Best SUV made by Hyundai

I love my Hyundai Palisade and my family pleased with our new vehicle. My disappointment is with the ride toughness, suspension is very stiff and make every little bump sound very loud inside, the fuel cap, 2021 why still using fuel caps ?. Last roof rolling boards cause wind noise inside the cabin, that whistle, is annoying on long trips.

Delivered as Advertised

This is the third Hyundai I have owned and I love this one too. We replaced the 2015 Genesis due to a health issue and the Palisade was a superb alternate. In my opinion, the AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) feature is the most valuable one. It saved my family from a horrible highway accident in Florida when we encountered an accident at high speed. We had the Genesis at that time. The AEB reacted immediately and pretty much stopped the car before I could completely react. In fact, the car behind me was a bit slower and pulled on to the median to avoid rear-ending me. He wound up stopping along side our car. And our Genesis didn't skid either. I will never buy another car without this feature. The heated second row Captain's seats are loved by all our friends since it gives them something they don't get in other cars. The finished paint never looks dirty and washes very easily. Except for a few minor issues the dash and other features work extremely well and are intuitive. It does require that one read the manual, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. If you want a great value, you need to seriously check out this vehicle.
