Terrible noise at 1 month old!

We purched our Calligraphy model Palisade on 7/27/25. About a month in there was a low noise grind on acceleration. After 2-3 wks the noise got louder and more often. We took it into Temecula Hyundai 9/23/25. After a week I needed my car back for out of town family for the weekend so we picked it up 10/1/25. The service department has no idea what is causing it and says they have been working with Hyundai. We returned the car back to service 10/7/25. We are frustrated that no one knows how to fix the problem and when we call Temecula Hyundai we do not get calls or texts returned. My husband evenn left a message for the GM with no response. He had to physically drive down there to speak with someone.

Check engine after 2 months

After driving for only a few weeks, before the first oil change I ALREADY have to get it serviced for a shifter malfunction, powertrain check engine malfunction, the power seat won't go backwards...shall I continue? This is embarrassing...I got the highest trim level and I feel like I am driving a lemmon.

Great except for the recall.

I bought this as a commercial vehicle and now it's just a multi-ton paperweight. I can't use it while the recall is in effect.

Worst Car Ever Owned

If I could go back in time, I would have walked out of the dealership and never came back. From day 2 of owning the car it has been nothing but trouble. It almost got me rear ended when it decided to slam its brakes after detecting a front end collision that wasn't there. The entire radar system had to be replaced. I was told the only way that could be damaged is during an impact, but there was no visible damage so I think something was covered up. Since then, I have had nonstop trouble with the ABS system. It locks up my brakes going over any uneven surface. Minor road patches and small speed bumps make the ABS go off, and they keep telling me this is normal despite the fact I have never experienced this with any of their other cars that I have had as a loaner or any other vehicle I have owned previously with ABS. The dealer isn't helping and corporate says I don't qualify for the lemon law yet. This is a $50K headache and a nightmare that continues. I can't wait to get rid of this car and I will never buy Hyundai ever again. Worst experience ever.

Dealership has had the car longer than I have.

Bought the car in June, it had 16 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. On the drive home the check engine lights came on and the car began shaking and shuttering really bad. Took it back to the dealership immediately. They had it for 2 weeks and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. At about 2,000 miles, it did it again. Once again I took it back to the dealership. They’ve now had it since August. They told us there is a misfire in one of the cylinders but cannot get it fixed. This is our second Palisade because it was a great car. We are very disappointed with the new Palisade but are very impressed with the dealership.

Parts are making abnormal noises at 8k miles

Front rotors are about about done. Major tick like a rod nock on start up when cold Took it to the dealer at 7k miles nothing wrong thats all normal. Took it to them multiple times. They sale scum that sold me the car won't even show his face. It now has 13.5k miles issues are getting worse. No they say its do to an out side soure. I've Took it to other mechanics they said no thats not normal thats bad parts and to take it to deal for warranty. Called customer service they won't help they keep saying take it to the dealer. This car suck I want to sell it back and no one will help. Or even get a different car and nothing this is crazy. And to find out I was grossly over charged. So thanks for that

Glass is Horrible & Unsafe

Within two weeks of purchasing the palisade, I noticed multiple chips in the windshield. There were also some odd scratches that I could not make sense of. I had not driven behind a vehicle, had not been near anywhere sand was. I checked the windshield wipers and they were not defect. I reached out to my sales person and he was supposed to reconnect with me and he never did. A month or so later I reached out to Hyundai Montgomery and someone finally connected with me after about two more months. They finally agreed to replace the windshield after I showed them even more pictures of chips and more scratches. Then, a few months later, as recently as a week and a half ago, I was driving up the interstate and heard a loud boom. I thought a tire blew, but it had not. As it turns out, the moonroof exploded, and I was not hit by anything nor around anything that could have caused the damage. I did then start researching and realize this is a common problem in Hyundai‘s vehicles. I read about the class action lawsuit settled in 2022. I read about a current class action lawsuit going on in Canada for the same issue. I read about multiple cases where the sunroof or moonroof did this. To me, this is absolutely unacceptable that Hyundai is still having this problem with their vehicles. You all need to either get a different glass manufacturer or get to the bottom of the problem. Due to these issues, I am asking Hyundai to buy back my car because I’ve now had two major glass issues in a matter of six months.

Lots of Regret

This is Hyundai's flagship vehicle. We bought the calligraphy trim and (for the price) expected this to be a true luxury car experience. We could not have been more wrong. So many little things added up to ruin the experience. The infotainment is a joke and CarPlay requires a cord. For a nearly $60k purchase we expected more fit and finish. lDon't believe the hype. Hyundai has lost all of the energy and spirit that helped it move from an upstart to a major player. Their new cars and even worse that this. Bland, boring, and uninspired.

Issues with the vehicle at 600 miles.

My vehicle ended up being a lemon. It had issues at 600 miles and I hadn’t even owned it a month. I had purchased it brand new. Throughout the the 9 months I had it, almost 3 of them were spent at the dealership. I loved the vehicle, but didn’t keep it since I had more issues with it.

Not happy with the car!

I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Palisade earlier this year for my wife, and unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed with the experience so far. Just a couple of days after buying the vehicle brand new, we noticed the alignment was pulling to the left. I took it back to the dealership, and they corrected it at that time. However, the issue has returned and the vehicle is once again pulling to the left, which is frustrating for a brand-new SUV. On top of that, there is an open recall on the vehicle. I contacted the dealership almost a month ago to schedule the repair, and I still haven’t received a call back. The lack of follow-up and urgency regarding a recall is concerning. Overall, I expected better quality control and customer service, especially when purchasing a new vehicle. At this point, I’m not very satisfied with the car or the overall ownership experience.
