No wireless CarPlay/Android Auto is a joke

Was a real shocker to find out that a 2025 model vehicle did not have wireless capability. Was something we never even considered asking about as we assumed that was a standard feature as it is with every other vehicle we looked at on the market. Honestly quite pathetic that it doesn’t have it and we regret our purchase solely on that lack of a feature.

Not what I expected…

Well now that I have almost 5k miles on it since April, my overall view is not in favor. Driving the car at 6’5” is not comfortable especially with the wider center console, also sound system is not what I asked sales man about, ie not Bose quality. I probably should have caught it also but I trusted the salesman, silly me. Another negative is car is loud inside, another words road noice is annoying. Gas mileage is good, averaging approx 24/25 so can’t complain about that, road handling is fair. Dislike the land handling system, selecting cruise and it automatically selects lane handling is also annoying. Being a 6 seater is not really true, 4 adults yes but not usable for adults in the back. So to be honest no I will not be keeping this for the long run… Thank you for asking…

Outstanding design and performance can't outweigh discomfort

The vehicle itself is outstanding, but the discomfort caused by the driver seat is unbearable after 30 minutes of driving. I've tried multiple adjustments, but none have helped. It feels like the massager is digging into my right glute.

Awesome features terrible car

Love some of the features of this car but the sketchy abs/traction control makes it a big NO for me trying to get rid of it as fast as I purchased it before we are injured.

Brand new purchase- review- AC and acceleration

A few things I’m uncertain about and don’t like about the vehicle- in comfort mode (what I usually keep it at) it seems to not have much power in acceleration after a complete stop and I keep the auto start/stop function turned off. I also don’t like the way the AC works, when sitting at a stop light or stop sight not moving the ac is miserably hot and almost unbearable doesn't blow cold air like I believe it should.

Any vehicle sold with a factory installed tow package should have a plug n play system for installing a brake controller.

An otherwise good vehicle overshadowed by misguided electonics

The otherwise positive aspects of this vehicle are overshadowed by some very misguided decisions about certain systems. There is a “Consider Taking A Break” message that activates for about 4 seconds along w/ chimes for any number of absurd reasons Hyundai thought were important. This message comes on every 6-10 minutes. I actually consider it a safety hazard as it is distracting when you may be in a situation requiring you to not be distracted. You can not disable it. Hyundai thought it was wise to not allow the driver to have regular cruise control. Only option is adaptive cruise control. I personally hate adaptive cruise control. No power on USB ports in driver area. So I don’t have the option of NOT using Apple Car Play w/ phone plugged in. Small point, but super annoying, are the cup holders. They are so deep A 16 oz to-go styro cup is difficult to retrieve from the holder. The center console lid is in the way of the aft cup holder.

Has been much less than I expected.

Car was delivered in less than clean condition. The windshield still had marks from the suction device used to install it. When finally cleaned, there is a scratch on the glass on the inside of the windshield. I spent over a week on and off trying to get an answer on whether the vehicle had wireless Android Auto (which it doesn't, but I was told that it did before purchase). The touch door locks work only sporadically.

Poor

Brand new car and ruined our vacation. Over 1,000 miles from home and transmission went out. Had not even made the first payment. Got the car back the week the 2nd payment is due. Fighting to get reimbursed for all our expenses. VERY disappointed!

Has some serious flaws

It has what feels like a miss in acceleration while going 20-45. Also the headlights have a shadow that is quite bothersome on the left side. It completely shadows a large area and makes it hard to see. I've had it in to be checked and they tell me nothing is wrong. It's way too expensive of a car to have these issues. Also was told it was wireless Bluetooth and purchased under that assumption then find out it's not!

Bought Palisade new in June. Three months later it has 27 small paint chips on the front grill. Took it back to the dealership. Ridiculous
