Average

For the price, the fuel economy and stereo sound quality is very disappointing. The auto start/stop system is very annoying and useless considering the fuel savings does not outweigh the annoyance. At least add ability to permanently disable instead of having to disable every time the car is started.

If I could take it back, It is a dangerous vehicle to drive.

I believe that you will need to fix the in lane assistance, te vehicle goes out of it's driving lane.

It's an okay vehicle, I wish it had the some of the features our 2014 Kia's have.

Stylish but question durability

The Palisade is very stylish. My main concern is the interior panels, trim, etc. I have never seen an interior get marked up so easily and I’m concerned about the quality and durability over time. I have only had the vehicle for 3 months and it seems very delicate and prone to cosmetic issues.

I’ve been having ABS issues, and took my car to the dealership and they said they found nothing wrong, but my car’s breaking due to the abs is off and seems to glitch.

It’s already had an electrical problem and it’s 2 1/2 months old.

It looks good but it pulls to the right and I’ve addressed this with service and she said it was because of the low profile tire and I experienced an electrical problem and now it’s not doing it so they can’t fix it.

Awesome vehicle, but terrible acceleration!

We bought a brand new 2025 Palisade XRT and shortly afterward we noticed it would chug around 20-30 mph while accelerating. Brought it in to the dealership and they said they couldn’t replicate it, so nothing was done. I love everything about this vehicle except the acceleration. It’s extremely comfortable. The safety features are amazing! Trunk space is small, I miss my minivan trunk space, but the extra storage underneath is a plus. As I mentioned, I love the vehicle but struggle recommending it to others based on the poor acceleration.

The car is nice but if you have a question, the manual is TERRIBLE!

When you are looking for an answer to a battery problem (for example, although there are others), you'd have to know to look under "I" for In case of a battery..."

Palisade

We love our new Palisade but after using the AC only 3 times, there’s already an issue. We’ve had the SUV 4 months. Had a Kia before this that was always in the shop, and we were leary about going with Hyundai because of that. Hope this isn’t the start of a repeat of what we experienced the last time. Other then that, drives great, roomy, kids love it.

New car

The car is good overall the only thing that I really can complain about is how noisy it is inside the cabin. I wish I should’ve drove it over 50miles per hour in the highway, I mean just hate it. Beside that That is a cool vehicle

Good SUV Bad Dealer

In the 52 years I have been buying cars, I have never run into a service department as bad as Grayson Hyundai. The service writers are poorly trained and I was lied to numerous times about what had or had not been done to the car. 1st, let me say the sales department was a pleasure to deal with, but the service was a nightmare! 1st I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get a loaner car and think god I did. Dropped the car off with a list of things to be done. I wanted the oil changed, and check the rear tires on the car, balanced, because the back of the car was bouncing. The big issue I had with the car is a safety issue. The car's Lane Follow Assist (LFA) "will not" keep the car in the center of the road. On left-hand sweeping bends, the car’s right wheels will drive over the speed bumps on the right side of the road or intrude into the lane to the right of the car. I dropped the car off, and every day I checked the camera on the car to see if it had moved, after 7 days the car had not moved an inch.

Breaking can be dangerous and terrifying

When traveling over rough pavement or any surface that is not completely flat and smooth, when braking, the car slides and loses steering control. It’s not something I’ve experienced in driving any other SUV.

Comfortable

The vehicle is comfortable but not very sturdy. There are times you can feel bumps in the road at your feet. Also, if you don’t take time to make sure the seat belts in the back lay flat after use they rattle which is very distracting to me. It has a ton of features but some interfere with driving. For example, if there is a new traffic pattern, the lane assist reads the old lines and makes steering difficult. The controls are not very intuitive. I still can’t set the cruise control and haven’t gotten the hands free unlock to work consistently. For reference, I have had the vehicle for 4 months.

The glass cleaners sound too much. The dealer did abusive practices running my credit in more than 10 banks, significantly affecting my credit.
