Broke down after 6 days

My Palisade broke down after 6 days, was in the shop 3 times while we were on vacation out of state, the dealership made promises that they then went back on, Hyundai Corporate failed to make it right, and I ended having to buy a new car, pay over $12k in taxes and fees AGAIN, and I’m highly disappointed by the whole experience of buying my first Hyundai and never will again, and I regularly tell all my friends about the awful experience and the awful vehicle I got stuck with.

Car is unreliable.

Car has been in repair for weeks. Dealership cannot fix the shifter error. Additionally they are unable to fix the android auto issue. We have barely owned the car 2 weeks when the errors surfaced. We are very dissatisfied that the car is so unreliable.

Broke down after 6 days

My 2025 Hyundai palisade broke down after owning it for six days. It left me stranded in the middle of the desert with my entire family, and resulted in three different trips to the dealership after which I was told I needed to new catalytic converters, which would not be available for five more days, so I was left stranded with no vehicle and advised by the dealership to fly home and told I would not be reimbursed for flights and then had to buy a new vehicle which resulted in paying all of the dealership fees and taxes twice, and Hyundai refused to cover any of it so I am left with a bill of close to $11,000 just to get a vehicle from Hyundai that actually runs. I’m highly disappointed in their lack of service and they do not care that I’m out $11k so they shouldn’t care about my honest review about my terrible experience buying my first and last Hyundai ever.

Broken and can't drive with less than 1K miles

Thought this would be an amazing car, but with just 950 miles on it, it's in the shop. The steering module is broken, and won't shift or go into park. Took to the dealer and they said they cleared the code but didn't fix anything. So I picked it up and it keeps doing it. So much for a great vehicle. Im already looking at trading it in. I bought new to forgo having any problems. Sadly that is not the case with Hyundai.

NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION BEEN IN SHOP LONGER THAN ABLE TO DRIVE

Very displeased with Hyundai. purchased last day of February and it already needs a new transmission. In shop multiple times from the first week due to having a transmission issue. It has been in the shop more that I have been able to drive it.

noises like rattles in the rear area since I bought in on 3-21-25

My dealership has tried hard to resolve these noise issues but it has been determined that there were faults on the assembly line-broken stud & loose nuts or fasteners on rear quarter glasses. Both glasses have been replaced but still a noise on bumpy roads. It has been 70 days since I bought my Palisade. My dealership has had it for 43 of those 70 days. Enough is enough! I want my Palisade replaced or a refund!

We received a lemon, multiple shifter system issues.

We would absolutely love this vehicle if it worked properly. We have owned it for 60 days, and it has been in the shop for 45 of them as the dealership works to troubleshoot a major safety issue with the shifter system.

My experience has been awful!

I purchased my car in May 2025 since that time I have had to tow my car to a dealership twice. It is currently at a dealership and I am paying a car note on a car. I am not able to drive the problem that I have been having deals with a malfunction in the shift system. The car gets stuck in park or in previous times reverse and it completely stalls. This has been very discouraging because it’s only been three months since I purchased the vehicle and I’m already having so many issues!

It was not what I was expecting for the price. I hate that you have to plug in a cord to use apple car play. My automatic start hasn't worked correctly since I bought the vehicle. I have had it serviced twice since I bought it in March.

Catastrophic Failed Palisade.

We drove our brand new 2025 Palisade Calligraphy just over 1000 miles, then it had electronics failure resulting in features not working and in multiple notifications. It has been sitting in the dealership for over two months unable to be repaired even with the help of Hyundai field engineers. We are currently in the repurchase process as we no longer want this lemon. So, I will ask you, what do you think what we think about our 2025 Palisade? Sincerely, a very unhappy camper.

Poor quality

The car is poorly built. My car is jerking .The features are cool for the price, but overall quality leaves a lot to be desired. I have the second-highest trim level, yet the mirrors don’t fold. I bought the car with two deep scratches, the seat leather is already tearing, and the rear camera quality is terrible. There’s also an issue where Apple CarPlay disconnects when a USB cable is plugged in and the phone is placed near the wireless charger. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the car.

Dealer & HMF Experience Horrible

Horrible customer service at the dealership. The salesman was great, but finance was shady and the management was unresponsive to our issues once the purchase was made. HMF was horrible as well, terrible finance rate and horrible customer service.

Was scammed by the dealership

I was sold the Palisade as a new vehicle by the dealership but only to find out that the car is used two months later. I've also just been given the runaround and lied to repeatedly by the dealer.
