It’s good but it’s not great. Almost there Hyundai

Overall the car drives well and it has nice features, but the technology and the app do not feel top tier. As an expert in tech, I can see hyindau cutting costs in detriment of customer experience (app is laggy, video feed is not live, commands are not real time asynchronous but instead synchronous queued, difficult to navigate)

Great vehicle and great value!

We purchased the 2026 palisade after driving a 2019 palisade for 4+ years. We were very happy with our 2019 and so the 2026 palisade was on the top of list as we embarked on new car shopping. We love the changes and enhancements to the Palisade. The interior feels more luxurious and the touch screen has been upgraded. The wireless Apple CarPlay is fantastic as well. The car drives well and is very comfortable. The only complaint we've had is the motorized 3rd row has had trouble. We've had instances when it has stopped working and the seats won't go either up or down. Not sure if it was user error on our part because they started working again, but we are little worried that it may be a bigger problem to address.

Love the car / not too happy with service model

Loving the car but we have already had a check engine issue. It took over 2 weeks to get it in to be checked and they kept it for over week. There was no compensation or indication that cared at all about the fact I had a check engine light on while driving the vehicle for over 2 weeks or that they left me with no transportation for over a week. If I didn't work from home and had to rent a car - this warranty issue could have easily ended up costing me $1000 or more.

Amazing technology and features.

Vehicle is very luxury and has crazy features like the integrated dashcam or reclining third row seat. I only have 2 complaints. 1- lack of power when merging in the highway, Very slow to respond or take off when needed. 2. Second row seat takes forever to recling and doesn't go forward enough so when a person tries to get to third row is very difficult and tight.

2026 Palisade Calligraphy

The vehicle has lots of cool technology and advanced features. Rides smooth and quiet. Gas mileage is not good (18-20) and acceleration until 30 mph is slow to respond. Access to the third row is very slow and cumbersome.

Comfy Car, Sketchy Recalls

Comfy Car, Fun to Drive --- wasn't ready to be sold to consumers. Have had numerous recalls and the recalls led the car to stall while I was on the interstate.

Love my car!

Love this car, so many features. Two things I do not like are the gears being on the steering wheel. I accidentally hit these often as my blinker. Also would love if the console thing in the front middle would move back and forth to utilize the storage under there better. It’s hard to get stuff in and out. Also would love to have the massage chair on the passenger side as well

Dashboard glitch

I love everything about my Palisade. But the dashboard has a random glitch where the cluster panel goes out. It has happened twice now. No speedometer, rpms, nothing. It has happened twice with the first time only having 77 miles on the car. I have rigged a dash camera on my moon roof hoping to catch it if it happens again. It needs a fix!!!!!! It is dangerous going down the highway and losing those gauges.
