Can’t fix my blulink

My blulink that came free with purchase has not worked in months and the Hyundai engineers are terrible. No one gets back to me with any feedback or how the progress has been right now it’s been four months of chasing no answers terrible.

overpriced and cheaply built

Parts started falling off the car within 8,000 miles. Badges are mounted crookedly. Features regularly malfunction. Using the radio is unnecessarily complicated. All the lights are obnoxiously bright. Center console/armrest is too large

Not as described

Seems to be a lemon and can’t rectify an electrical problem to trailer harness, been over a month dealer has had my vehicle and can’t fix . My 2025 vehicle isn’t the only Hyundai that has rear electric problems to the hitch

Driver side window

I want to 100% love my vehicle because I do love the truck however I bought the truck cash no finance because I needed something I didn't have to service within one month my driver side window broken and it's hard to get replaced due to a drive for a living

I regret buying this.

I bought a new car because I wanted a vehicle I could take to someone else to work on, so I can finally enjoy my days off instead of fixing little things on my truck. I put off buying a new car because I knew they were cheaply built, overpriced, had unnecessary, annoying features, and weren't more reliable than the old stuff I own. However, I put all that aside and gave a Hyundai Santa Cruz a chance. At first, I wasn't as annoyed as I thought I'd be, but there are still lots of little things I don't like. The good things: It's quick. It gets good mileage. It stops very fast. The bad things: Certain settings have to be changed every time I start the car. The touch screen responds to my dog breathing on it. The center console is too high. There's switches in the console that Trotsky steps on. The door is too high to comfortably put my arm on while driving. There's an insane amount of buffeting with the window down. The front impact warning comes on randomly. The transmission shifts constantly and lags at take-off. The lights are too bright; all of them. The wipers lift at highway speed. A million other things, but I digress. The car is poorly designed and cheaply built, which I expected to a point. But, I did not expect trim pieces to fall off before the first oil change. And, I bumped something at less than a walking speed, rolling, foot on brake, in drive, and scratched the bumper fascia and cracked the front license plate mount, which is annoying but it's my mistake. What I didn't expect from that was to find out today that my mistake also resulted in a puncture to the ac condenser which caused a leak. They quoted me 1300 dollars to replace the condenser and charge the ac. I think it's insane that a bumper, used for its intended purpose, was unable to do its job. So, hopefully I can relinquish myself from this headache by selling or trading the car on something more affordable and less delicate.

Overall a complete disappointment.

The Blue link has never worked and has taken months to repair. Awaiting replacement hopefully this week. The towing ability is non-existent. The vehicle is not able to tow. There is no available towing wiring harness. The owner's manual, online Hyundai videos and the dealership all ,lied. This vehicle is not able to tow anything.

Within a month multiple issues

Within a month I have had multiple issues.Just bought the vehicle May 2025. While driving on the highway the truck started shaking aggressively and even more so when I gave it gas. Then the engine light and crash light came on. I pulled off to a gas station, while there my backup cameras didn’t work or any other camera. Just a green screen, a week later took it to a dealership just for them to say they can’t do anything because they’re backed up and I had to keep the car with them for a three days before they could even look at it. Didn’t have the capability to do that. Now just waiting for an optimal time to take it because of work so I just have to deal with it. The shaking has stopped by the camera still goes in and out.

Not another!

I do not like this vehicle. Views are limited due to large pillers: occasionally the vehicle will not accelerate after a turn: warnings to take a " coffee break" if over the yellow line and other times nothing: no room for any adult in back seats when front seats are back!!!

Santa Cruz

It is a nice ride but we have had parts falling off we have had it less than. 3 months and the wheel wells are separating and the black strips on the top of the truck came off about a month ago ago. We went to Hyundi of Yuma and the gave us attitude to start and where upset we didn’t purchase from them. But we live in Yuma and their Customer service has gone way down lately.

Santa Cruz Lemon

I have had my 2025 Santa Cruz for about 2 months and it's now in the shop! The drivers window doesn't work, the charging ports don't work, the clock stopped working, the automatic tailgate doesn't work, Cruz control doesn't work correctly. This is pretty bad to have all of these electrical issues.

Disappointing

My first new car! Disappointed.... The electronics has spoiled my new car enthusiasm. Auto lights do not come on when overcast or raining. Why bother with automatic lights ???? Extremely agitated with "consider taking a break" feature. It is random and dangerous. It comes on during high traffic situations and keeps on every 3 or 10 minutes. There is no way to turn it off . II consider this a defect in the electronics department. I drive other vehicles with this feature and no alarms sound. So it is NOT my driving habits. I plan to alert the vehicle consumer agencies about this crazy "safety" hazard. I am also suspicious of other electronics as this one example is so concerning . I don't trust any of the other electronics on this vehicle. This vehicle is not equipped with WIFI. Unexcusable. I need to use my phone to access WIFI. Other brands of cars offer WIFI. I was not informed of this before the sale and did not even consider asking. Assumed it is standard in 2025. Unhappy.... Since this statement will be reviewed by AI, I do not expect any satisfaction from HYundai. Another strike .
