THIS CAR SUCKS I HATE IT!

Car sucks! I call it the Flintstone car because it feels like you are sitting on a rock in the drivers seat! Cruise control is a nightmare so the car is unusable for me! Doors don’t even unlock correctly!Stops for no reason on the highway!I HATE THIS CAR! ALREADY WROTE A REVIEW OF HOW AWFUL THIS CAR IS!NO RESPONSE! YOUR SALES PERDON LIED AND LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING!

Both dealer and manufacturer refuse responsibility for paint flaw

We noticed bubbles in the paint job a few days after receiving delivery late on a dark winter’s day. Sales rep says refused to talk about it later, implying it was our fault not to see it before we took delivery. The dealer’s setvice manager later viewed the problem and said he’d get back to us. He never did. Nobody associated with Hyundai will take responsibility for the flaw.

I live in an apartment complex. I go to campgrounds. My neighbors are PISSED at beeps! LET ME TURN OFF THE BEEPS! (door lock/unlock and rear hatch) Driver attention is terrible! Let me turn it off!

Mislead and Service Stinks

I feel like I was mislead by the finance person and paid more than agreed upon. I was supposed to pay $53,105.99, he said when I get my first statement just pay off the $53,105.99 he failed to mention all the daily interest that was going to be added on per day, because it did not sit will with me I logged on saw that interest was being applied everyday and now I was up to $53,307.34. Now I have paid $201.35 more than planned.

Kept it 3 months and traded it in.

I went back to Toyota just 3 months after purchasing a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy. It died the very first morning and I was unable to even open the doors to access the car. Later found out from forums, it was because of the app. Deleted the app and all worked after that.

I bought it with the whole headboard not functioning, now after the whole electronic piece needed to be replaced on a brand new car the charger is not working or the blue tooth

Very comfortable car just not reliable at all.

The car is very comfortable and nice to drive when it works correctly. The car has been in the shop 6 times for the same issue that apparently the technicians cannot fix.

Factory Electrical Failure

At time of purchase the key fob would not communicate with vehicle. Could not start vehicle. Several sensor failures. Has been continuously in service for 30 days with no solution. Have involved corporate to attempt solution. Am trying to get replacement vehicle. Frustrated.

Disappointed - Santa Fe Limited Hybrid purchased March 2025

Concerned why Hyundai has not offered to buy back my Santa Fe. The vehicle is currently at the dealership awaiting the 3rd transmission. The first transmission was replaced with just under 500 miles. Even then I was concerned about since the reviews I read showed the transmission was an issue. I went to the dealership 3 weeks ago and was just told they have to replace the transmission again. How am I suppose to feel good about taking my family on cross country trips which was the whole reason I purchased the vehicle. At this point I feel the car is junk. I purchased 2 vehicles at the same time. Over $100K. The Tucson Hybrid has been great, but Hyundai needs to make this right, purchase the vehicle back and start over. Note the dealership has had my vehicle for over 5 weeks since I purchased it, oh and I was told that the transmissions might be on back order. Really? Your move Hyundai! Before I make my next. After only having my car for 2 months the HV battery was bad

Would not recommend. Brand new car of only 2 months and the dealer had taken 2 months to fix the bad HEV battery saying it’s “back” ordered! Totally ridiculous as I am still making payments on a car that I can not drive!!

Was excited till it broke down twice in less than 2 weeks!

The first week I had the car the transmission blew and was in the shop. Then it was fixed and then broke down on the freeway by coming to a stop unable to drive. It stayed in the shop for over a month with less than 700 miles on it! Since I have had it back, so far it has been ok. I hope it continues to be good. I did so much research on this car and was so excited to get it and then I was so disappointed when it continuously gave me issues.

Cheaply built, not a fan but great features

Not a fan. Leather is cheap. You’ll have tears in the steering wheel leather from rings watches or damn near anything that touches it. SUV started making ticking noises at 3k miles and being told it’s a coolant fan? Doesn’t matter what it is a brand new car shouldn’t make weird noises. When I walk up to open the door it often won’t automatically unlock. The mirrors will open but sometimes close immediately and it still have to use my key fob to get into the car. Oh and now it’s on sale now for 0% apr but no options to refinance thru Hyundai finance. I just purchased 90 days ago and have excellent credit. Not buying another Hyundai after that find away out of this one.

21 days after purchase. Electrical issues disabling the vehicle.

21 days after purchase, vehicle at the deals service department for over 4 weeks. Diagnosing electrical issues disabling use of the vehicle. Check Hybrid System Alert and Check engine light warnings on occasions with inability to turn on the vehicle and twice the inability to turn off the vehicle.
