After 4 months...
My Santa Fe has everything I wanted and quite a bit I didn't need. The NUMEROUS touch screen controls are a minor distraction, taking some time to locate when needed.
It came equipped with 2 roof cross bars (side to side) in addition to the fore and aft bars. One of the end caps of the cross bars is missing, having fallen off or been removed by someone whose end cap had also gone missing, a bit disappointing in either case. Gas mileage has been excellent, sometimes getting over 42 mpg on my 19 mile commute to and from the golf course. I wish the front side windows had the same tint as do the rear windows, something I may have done in the future. The sensation of the car trying to steer itself is an unusual feeling... I think I overpaid for this car, I should have shopped a little longer, my problem, not the car's . When starting the engine, you need only push the start button once and quickly. Pushing and holding, like you're waiting to hear the engine, locks up the system, taking some time to reboot.
