2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Ultimate

My 2018 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate does very many things right. Styling, reliability, interior comfort are among those things. It does need some work on its ride noise and comfort. Tires were so loud that I replaced them at 9K miles with Continental TruContact with Eco Plus Technology. That made a huge difference in the ride and noise quotient. MPGs are not attractive and may well detract potential purchasers. They MUST improve dramatically or buyers may continue to look more closely at the competition. Right now, Hyundai price still allows potential buyers to consider them in their purchase matrix. Air conditioning does not cool as well as competing brands.

Perfect Truck!

I absolutely love my Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, It’s an all in one truck. It has luxury, style and comfort also very spacious and sporty. All of it’s features makes it even better on and off road. I couldn’t ask for more in a truck!

Warm and Wonderful Vehicle

Very nice trip to the frozen north for the holidays. Seat and steering wheel heaters are greatest invention. We had a very comfortable 3000 mile ride with daughter and dog. Luggage fit perfectly. Maintenance at dealership in Wisconsin did a great job.

I love the dash lighting system U can see the functions at a glance. I enjoy the Sisus Radio program however I was told one thing befor buying an it turned out to something different after purchase. I don’t like the way the side mirrors change when backing up, but don’t like that they don’t return to full sight view when going forward. I love the auto hatch door makes things much easier for loading / unloading. I enjoy the outside air noise is at a low noise impact. I like the auto service I can talk with service person on any subject while at the center.

2018 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport

This is our 3rd Sante Fe, all 3 being sport models and 2nd Turbo type model. Very dependable cars. Plenty of room if you need to haul something. Comfortable yet sporty looking. These cars have a lot of extra gadgets for the money. Love our Sante Fe! Only wish we could have gotten the new body style. Next time!

Vehicle review

Ride could be improved as could gas mileage. When fan is on high it sounds like a wind tunnel inside the vehicle. Emergency "Key" frequently comes out of ignition fob. Overall impression of the vehicle is OK but I don't think I'll buy another or keep this vehicle more than a year or two.

My two Sata Fe’s ..

Yes, i have two! One is a 2.0 Turbo Limited, the other a Santa Fe Sport. Both are awesome. I love my Sante Fes; and i also havean Elantra Limited too. Great realiabilty, super on gas, great features, outstsnding service, etc. i get excellent cargo capacity, drives great, and looks good. Before i bought my last Santa Fe; i also looked at a BMW x3; but went with Santa fe on best value for the price - santa fe was more spacious, more luxurious, drove as well, amd maintenace cost projections for normal (oil change, brake service, 5/10/20k services wer unreal... huyndai is Americas best car secret!!’

Good reliable car

This is my third Hyundai so as you can see I like the brand I love the Santa Fe sport it doesn’t look like a mom car and it has lots of space and he gets great gas mileage I feel safe driving it on the road and it does a great job in all weather I have taken it off the road and it’s a lot of fun so far with the 4 Wheel Drive I’ve never become stuck it is likely my next car will be a Hyundai Santa Fe sport

I love my Santa Fe sport it is very roomy and comfortable and I love my gas mileage and I love the push start it is such a sporty looking car and the Bluetooth is so nice I love being able to start my car from my phone and to be able to lock it

Best SUV o the Planet

I am on my 3rd Santa Fe, each one has been better than the one before. Interior is roomy, cargo area more than you need. Exterior styling change a few years ago was fantastic. Interior is comfortable and controls are easy to understand and all are in easy reach. The heated steering wheel is SOOO nice in the winter. My daughter is on her 2nd Accent and will probably never switch to a different brand.

2018 Sante Fe Sport Ultimate

I did not have any intentions on buying a new vehicle. I was looking for just my wife because she liked the Tucson. So long story short is I saw the Sante Fe and it caught my eye. My last car was black and I wanted to go to a different color if I was going to buy. We ended up leasing a 2018 Tucson and 2018 Sante Fe. The one I chose was mineral gray w/ 19 inch black rims and it made the SUV look so different from all the other colors. I am truly pleased with the purchase. I actually enjoy getting in, starting it up and driving. I truly like the vehicle and will probably get another when the lease is up. Keep making improvements as the brand keeps getting better with time...

Santa Fe Sport AWD

Like the auto...so far only thing that detracts is the placement of some of the controls ....i.e. the heated steering wheel..the lane drift switch, etc.. Very comfortable and vision is good and navigation system is good. I really have not yet used the Blue link feature..

Has defective system since purchased!

I believed that I was buying a better reputation vehicle for the value price after owns a BMW X5 4.4 for the last 14 years. But was wrong, to many defectives and issues with my first Santa Fe sport 2.0T

Review

The back up camera system is EXTREMELY bad at night in dark areas. So bad that it is basically USELESS. In good lighting there is no problem with the picture, the problem is either with the placement or the amount of light.

Great vehicle for the money

Just Great. Everything about the vehicle is great. The best new vehicle i ever purchased. The lights at night are great especially the interior. Its definitely the best bang for your buck. The 3 modes regular,economy and sport feels like you are driving a different vehicle each time you use a different drive mode so you never get biard driving the Santa Fe Sport.
