limited/awd/3.3 liter engine - practical, reliable

this is probably the first hyundai vehicle that made the recommended list by consumer reports. well equipped, comfortable seating, good/smooth/quiet power, reasonable gas mileage no major repairs unfortunately this is the year before aux ports/ipod integration was not standard. also did not have a moonroof.

Love my Santa Fe would choose again

I love the Santa Fe, it is comfortable in both front and back, roomy and holds lots of stuff. I especially love my heated seats after a long day.

Bought vehicle new 8 years ago and so far has been extremely dependable. Comfortable,great ride, versatile Maybe not superior MPG but it's a 2007 6 cyl. suv.

Great car

Bought in in '07. Got a great deal, and bought the Extended Warranty for $900. Made it a 10 year/100K bumper-to-bumper warranty. The beginning was a little rough. Took a while to identify a faulty ignition coil, but other than that, every issue we've had (not many) has been covered, except for an AC hose. A couple of electrical switches have gone out, but the warranty covered them both. So the warranty has paid for itself and we still have 16 months and 14,00 miles left on it! Fuel efficiency is pretty bad on this year, but it's only driven 35 miles a day. Will be passing down to our daughter.

Other than one recall for an oil gasket leak that killed the alternator, my Santa Fe has been super reliable! I like the room in essential and looks.

2007 Santa Fe 3.3 6 cylinder

I use this as my utility vehicle, tow my boat with it, and it gets some hard use but keeps coming back for more. I rate it a 4 Star because I have to take one star off for the brutal cost to change out all 6 spark plugs (Hyundai design, not a dealer complaint). I've also got quite the runaround on the early failure of the fuel sensors. I would expect Hyundai to fix that problem via recall or service campaign.

The 2007 Santa Fe was the best buy for me at the time of purchase. I have gone through many wheel bearings during the first 5 years, but overall it has been an excellent purchase. The dealership gets you in quickly for maintenance or other service. Their warranty can't be beat! There is an 80% chance that my next auto purchase will be a Santa Fe.

Reliable and Sturdy

While everyone was stuck at home during the blizzard this past winter, I was still able to get around thanks to this baby. The upside about this car is definitely the AWD.

2007 Sante Fe

Great reliable vehicle but some of the components are made with low grade plastics. Both visors broke, back door lock doesn't work, gas cap opener stopped working. Engine is very strong and reliable and great on gas. Lots of room inside and I love that my back seats recline.

2007 Santa Fe

Purchased this vehicle new from the dealer. It is still a great car for me and my family. I'm the main driver and drive to and from work and around town. Gas mileage is what was advertised. Only complaints are the inside cabin noise could be approved upon. You can hear the wind whistling by. The vehicle's ride is not too smooth.
