Still love my Santa Fe!

Very well handling, quick & responsive and not too bad on the eyes. My only issues are minor things. The $700 Navigation package was trash, even after paying to update it when the car was just off the lot. No USB connections because of the Navigation package. Complete Stereo/Navigation started having an intermittent problem after five years and was replaced. Due to the non-standard size of the navigation package, NO ONE makes the correct parts to make the new stereo look like it was factory installed! Paint has come off the areas in-between the windows and the dealership told me too bad when it was 5 years old. It is garage kept and THEY did the deluxe car care and waxing every year. I have had some minor problems but Hyundai took care of them. Overall, I still feel safe and feel that my car will take me where I want to go and back too.

Our 2009 Santa Fe has been a great vehicle for us. The size gives us plenty of room and it is a comfortable vehicle that handles well and gets good gas mileage. We had always driven Jeep Grand Cherokees in the past, and bought the Santa Fe to try something different. The vehicle is well made, has given us good service, and we love the sunroof. It now has 113,000 miles, and we plan to keep our Santa Fe as our 2nd car. It is still in fine shape! Hyundai was a good choice for us.

My Favorite Vehicle I've Owned so Far

The SUV has plenty of horsepower to get you going fast on the highway, very roomy and comfortable in front and back. Back seats can lay back if passengers need to nap on those long road trips. Back seats can also lay forward to move furniture, mulch, anything to your hearts desire . . . immeasurably helpful. Had the car rustproofed to ensure it maintains its durability and beauty.

We love our Santa Fe it’s roomy , love the sun roof , not too many problems with it.i definitely would buy another. Plenty of storage in the back, and underneath, easy to clean leather seats, cup holders in the back.

09 Santa Fa

I really like our suv -- size, interior/exterior and basic overall performance is just fine; While I don't drive too many miles (ours is a 2009 w/52,500+ miles) just wish we'd get better mileage. You need to come up with a Santa Fe hybrid! Than would really do the trick.

I like my Santa Fe Limited

I am an older female and my vehicle is 9 years old and purchased it used 3 years ago, and while it has had some issues, that would be expected for its age. It is dependable and I enjoy driving it. Gas mileage is good (18-22 MPG). This is my first Hyundai and would purchase another again.

We bought this as my daughter's first car after getting her license. Its perfect for her. Easy to drive and she treats her car like its part of the family. It's got a lot of room and the seats fold down if she has stuff to store and move. Perfect for her.

Great SUV.

I have had this SUV since 2009 no major problems. I own two Hyundai's I love them both I will consider purchasing a new Santa Fey next year. The service department is generally great but the last service I had was not good.

I have a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. It has over 100,000 miles and has been trouble-free. I will keep this car for as long as possible based almost exclusively on dependability and good all-round visibility

I had research new vehicles and the only one that passed my list was the Santa Fe. Comfort, style, storage, versatility are all great - highly recommend for a varied lifestyle. Pack it full for camping or transporting delicate items - this fills the bill!

Great ride..

This was my first SUV. of course it was a different ride than my car was a was a small vehicle so I am enjoying the more solid ride the comfort getting in and out and most of all the r o o m that I have in the vehicle is very nice.

I've hade my Santa Fe for 20 years. Have not had any major problems. I've traveled from the east coast to the the west, and all accross Texas, and 108,000 miles later still durable, reliable, and running strong.

It works for us.

Our 2009 Santa Fe Limited has always been a third vehicle. It has always been parked outside. It currently has less than 75,000 miles on it. It has always returned mediocre gas mileage, less than the original advertised mpg. It has had a few weird part failures, e.g., stereo subwoofer? (in the rear of the vehicle), gas tank sensors, and have replaced the headlight assemblies myself. Overall, it is a great sized vehicle for us. It is comfortable, everything works (until it doesn't, which is less often than expected). Based on our ownership of this 2009 Santa Fe and a 2013 Elantra GT driven by an offspring, I would highly recommend looking at Hyundai when considering a new vehicle. We may be purchasing a new vehicle later this year for another offspring and are seriously examining this brand.

My Car is like my Child.

I take my Hyundai Santa Fe.for regular service and inspections to the dealership where I bought it...Sunbury Motors. I appreciate how it performs and just now 5/15 had to replace the front brakes and rotors. This care is a little tank. I drive it everywhere & my husband Jeff pulls his trailer with riding mowers etc with it. He also hauls his snowmobile trailer and sled. (Never a problem) It is so convenient for groceries and bedding plants. Also taking the grandkids from their home 150 miles away to here with out a hassle. They are comfortable and can see out the windows easily. In fact this is the third Hyundai we have owned. My daughter-in-law in Indiana loved it so much, she just bought a new Santa Fe. Yow is that ever sharp!!!!! Heated back seats...a sunroof that goes the entire length of the vehicle and so many upgrades. It is terrific. I have Santa Fe envy now :)
