2009 Hyundai Santaq Fe

Love, the car and have no problems with it. My only complaint is that there are too many blind spots and for a person who is shorter, this creates a problem. Wish they could find a way to "open" up the corners of the rear and eliminate these blind spots!

Hundai Santa Fe. 2009

Comfortable, easy handling, good pick-up. Low gas mileage, around 19 mpg usually, more and larger blind spots than have had in other vehicles. Lights confusing.

Love my vehicle. Do not want to part with it. Mileage is great. Drives well. Only one complaint: manufacture paint job. The Hood and small other areas have began peeling directly from after warranty expired. Refused to correct. So my "nice looking" car is not so nice looking.

My 2009 Santa Fe ( bought in 2010)

Overall , I like my vehicle and it has been quite dependable with a few exceptions. There were some paint chips early on. The interior lighting had to be repaired. I have had to replace the battery twice, once today just two days after I had the car serviced. The steering wheel cover is coming unstitched and the strap in the rear hatch was a long time being replaced. These are small things but I am the only driver and usually have no passengers. I think they could be done better in a SE model.

This Santa Fe handles well and has good pickup and it is comfortable for long trips. I like the size as well. With kids though don't recommened the beige interior!!

My 2009 Santa Fe

I remain pleased with this vehicle and its handling. I previously drove Jeep Grand Cherokees and do think they have a stronger body against dents than my Santa Fe in addition to having more weight. I have very little criticism of the vehicle but think the front windshield wipers should have additional speeds as did my Jeeps. The rear windshield wiper has never fit as tightly as I'm used to either, although it's been adjusted a couple of times and the blade has been changed as well. I'm short so keep the seat up high which makes it difficult to comfortably adjust the seat belt, which I'm always having to pull at. When I drove it off the lot it had 8 miles on the speedometer. I'm pretty sure I put them all on test driving it. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle - which is why I'm still driving it.

Mideast Santa Fe

Comfortable, reliable and easy to drive. Had a problem with unintended acceleration but even though it never came up on the diagnostic Zimbrick and corporate took care of the problem. It is a Limited with front wheel drive. Which is sufficient for winter roads in Wisconsin.

Good over all. Wish the Bluetooth was simpler but not a deal breaker. Recommend extended warranty. Have had little problems here and there. Window motor went out. AC switch.

With a smooth drive and roomy interior, I would recommend this car as a family car. There are extra compartments for storage that are out of sight. Although, I would prefer a few upgrades, such as driver tenting or built in Bluetooth, I love my car.
