Quality

This vehicle hasn’t disappointed me any way, for me it’s been the most reliable vehicle I’ve own ( and I have owned a lots of different makes), when I get in my Santa Fe I feel relaxed & a smile knowing I made the right choice in purchasing it. In almost 4 years of ownership I’ve never been more pleased!

Very comfortable, great pick up speed when trying to get out in traffic. Great fuel efficiency. Easy to get my elderly parents in and out of the car. Great cargo space for midsize SUV

The Santa Fe as a great SUV

Had my Sana Fe for three years now and we love it. Great road vehicle and in and around town as well. The vehicle has been great, on-the-road mileage a super, the handling is superb, in town the turning radius is excellent as well. One thing I love the most is the seat comfort. I can drive for hours on the road and be very comfortable. I have had a number of other SUV's , but I really appreciate this vehicle.

Love My Santa Fe!!!

Everyone who rides in my car for the first time, comments on the comfortable and smooth ride. I was forced to purchase the full size Santa Fe because the sport did not have the lift gate in the back. This is my third Santa Fe because I absolutely love everything about this vehicle.

BEAUTIFUL SUV

WE WERE SHOPPING FOR A WINTER TIME VEHICLE. LOOKED AT SEVERAL BEFORE CHOOSING THE SANTA FE. IMPORTANT ISSUES HAD TO BE MET, AND THE SANTA FE MET ALL (WELL NOT ON GAS MILEAGE). WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THIS SUV, AND WOULD SURELY PURCHASE THE SAME TYPE VEHICLE IF THE NEED SHOULD ARISE.

Good Value and Realiable Performance

I am a committed Hyundai owner. I have owned 10 Hyundai vehicles over the past 12 years...I have 3 now ( 2 Santa Fe's and a Tucson). Only once did I need service that was not a regularly scheduled maintenance. To me the 5/60 bumper to bumper is unbeatable. Regular maintenance is reasonable and they always follow up to make certain you are satisfied.

Other brands offer better value for the money.

Electronic power steering failed (dead as a mackerel) on our 2014 Santa Fe Limited at 3,200 miles. Replacement part was not available. I told dealer to take a part from on of the new Santa Fe vehicles they had in the lot. I was told they were all defective. (But they kept selling them.) I reported this to the NHTSA. The car was at the dealership 25 days waiting for the replacement part. Now whenever we go on a trip I print off all the Hyundai dealerships along our route in case we have more trouble. I don't trust the car. It looks like Hyundai blended their previous SUV with their minivan to make the current Santa Fe. The third row seat is unusable. Also, the Santa Fe price keeps going up with no comparable improvements. For the money, the Toyota Highlander or the Honda Pilot is a better choice.
