Good size. Good price. Good quality.

I purchased my 2020 Santa Fe In Feb. 2020. I liked the look. It drives nicely even though it’s not really broken in yet. The size is perfect for my family of 4. I feel they went overboard with some safety features. Some things that are automatic at start up should probably be something that you can set and save. Overall, I’ve had it a few months and it has a few annoyances but I’m happy with my purchase.

Great vehicle for gas mileage and Interior space for the money. Needed a gas economy vehicle that could handle my sons wheelchair without breaking it down especially if it’s raining. Perfect for that.

Very comfortable and rides great. lots of safety features and accessories. the warranty is what helped me decide to buy this vehicle. looking forward to many years of driving worry free. one weird thing Hyundai likes to do is load up the vehicles with odd accessories and charge you for them even if you dont want them.

Solid car for the money

Its a very good 'upper middle class' car for the money. Gas mileage is great, moderately comfortable, power lacks a little. The car has a good appearance and drives very well. It's moderately comfortable but does have a lot of interior features for the money.

2020 Sante Fe cloth front seat backs.

We bought our 2020 Sante Fe in September 2019 from Ourisman Hyundai in Bowie, MD, with cloth seats. We chose cloth seats because seat heaters were available. In March of 2020 we noticed fraying on both of the front seat backs. We were in Stuart, Fl, at the time and took the car to Wallace Hyundai. They replaced the front seat backs at no charge. Last week I noticed fraying again in the front seat backs. We notified Hyundai consumer affairs and are waiting to hear back from them as to what can be done.

Satisfied But May Go For The Palisade

This is our 3rd SantaFe after our 1st Tuson and our Vera Cruz which we still own and will never give it up ! We would have purchased another Vera Cruz if they still made them and we always keep our eyes open when at the dealership in case one of interest pop’s up . This Model SantaFe is not loaded and we miss some of the upgrade features. I have the most regrets of the lower model Heating / Cooling System Side Mirrors , Auto Tilt Steering Set for 2Drivers and a few other things that the Top of the Line Models offer.

Enjoying the new car and still getting used to the new technology we didn't have on our '13 Sonata. I do wish I would have opted for the more powerful V6, and I am not yet impressed with the gas mileage.

Luxury Feel in the Sante Fe

I have always loved the Hyundai brand.and this is my 3rd SUV but my first Sante Fe. This SUV is so roomy and the quality is exceptional. It has a luxury car look and feel. Plenty of storage for any type of errand. I did not give it 5 stars because the 2.4 engine can be loud especially on the highway.

Our Santa Fe meets our needs. Purchased because of warranty length and vehicle had all the safety features we were looking for. Might consider hyundai for my next car but will definitely look at Lincoln (luxury) , possibly mazda (sportiness).

Love this car. Upgraded from the 2018 Santa Fe. Has every option you could want. Looks awesome, plenty of tech and safety features. Warranty is the best when it comes to any car company. What's not to like.

My review

Great car, very comfortable, but has some skips when using the automatic shutoff feature. It seems like it skips a little when that feature is engaged at times....not always, just occasionally. Overall...a great car for the money!

very nice vehicle for the price lots or features you pay extra for on other brands. great warranty and maintenance program (love that) very smooth ride and quiet, good gas mileage on interstate driving still getting used to all the safety features but that comes with time, i would buy this vehicle again

2020 SantaFe review

Bought the car new, wanted something to pull a small enclosed trailer with. It has more then proven itself to be a great tow vehicle. Plenty of pulling power even when the trailer is loaded. The gas millage drops when pulling, but that is to be expected. But still a little over 17 mpg when pulling a loaded 5x10 enclosed trailer. In and around town, just the car I get around 22 mpg. Over all I could not be happier with the car. I love to camp and fish, so a little off road is always an issue. This car preforms better then some trucks I've seen. Put it in low gear and I can climb a mountain with a loaded trailer, no problem.

It’s great

I love my vehicle. The issue that I have with it is the on my vehicle (the lowest trim), there is no way to engage the tailgate without exiting the vehicle. However, it’s a great car especially for new drivers.
