Best option if you are ok with slight engine response lag

Vehicle is rich with technical and technological features that help you get the best experience and safety in this class. I would give a 5 star if not for the engine response lag. If you can live with that, this is a great vehicle for your family trips and will not regret choosing this vehicle.

Very nice car and featured up coming electronic cars !!

Oveeall very nice car , very well equipted electronically in puture featured that helping a lot on highway safe driving and even on second road too . Especially keeping in lane system without my hand holding handling-wheel, car controls itself for few minutes !!!

Only concern is back storage area isn’t large enough for a family. Back seats aren’t comfortable fir longer rides due to curve in edges of seats. Overall vehicle is comfortable for family of 3 to drive around town.

I researched for over 2 months and felt this was a good vehicle to choose for my needs. I like the metallic blue and it’s very easy to drive. Other than a little more road noise than I would like, I don’t have any complaints.

Strong option for a mid-size SUV!

With an incredibly quiet cabin, great exterior styling, amazing premium safety features, comfortable ride, generous cargo space for a mid-size SUV and spacious legroom, the Santa Fe is a top choice for the category. The fit and finish of the interior is upscale and contemporary — a big step up from the 2018 previous design. One key highlight is the 9 inch tablet style computer screen in the center of the dashboard.

Excellent Service and Customer attention at the Dealer. Car is great. Handling is great. Gas Efficiency is also good. Overall performance is acceptable, however, Need to offer more options for the engine (V6 will be great).

Love the vehicle expect for the front seats and no navigation system. As stated earlier I am very disappointed with the driver and passenger seats. I love the way the car handles and ride. I love the red color.

New 2020 Santa Fe purchase

I'm retired now so don't drive a whole lot. I've only had the Santa Fe about 3 months and have only driven it around 500 miles. The longest drive was 300 miles round trip. So far, overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase.

Somewhat disappointed

Somewhat disappointed after purchasing this vehicle. It’s not aware that the interior severe chemical smell would not go away did not realize it did not have a resettable trip meter, vehicle needs telescoping steering wheel not just one that moves up and down. Speedometer needs to be more defined and more easily readable. Much more preferred digital. Easier to read and easier to set cruise on a digital.

2020 Sante Fe

I fell that this is a good quality car at a reasonable price. It is not fancy, nor does it seem luxurious, but it does the job. I do not think I would be personally interested in buying another one, but it is good for a growing family. However, we had a poor purchasing experience.

Don’t like some of the new technology

I don’t like the engine shutting off at intersections; and even when I turn the feature off, I still feel some hesitation to start back. I would rather keep the engine running so it is ready to go when I am. I recently bought a CD from a favorite artist but then discovered my car doesn’t have a CD player. I have several old CDs I would like to listen to so please put the CD player back. I was surprised that with all the smart technology features, it doesn’t have a remote tail gate opener. I called the dealer to get it installed and was told that was not an add-on; it had to come from the factory with it. Wish the salesman had told me that.

Enjoying my new ride

I've had my Santa Fe for a month and enjoy it so far. The only thing I don't really like is the drag after acceleration from a full stop. Overall, it serves the purpose and provides the space and comfort needed while driving...and the kids like it a lot.

great SUV

not a suv person but the Santa Fe is very comfortable but Hyundai needs to make the engine restart function, from a stoplight, less jolty, I manually disable it. Makes it feel like someone just hit you from behind.

Car is good, only issue is it sometimes turns over too long when trying to start car and sometimes the engine is really loud when first started. Other than that its great. Very smooth, good on gas, and spacious.

Great car just needs a permanent off select feature for the automatic engine stop/start feature. Very comfortable and has excellent visibility. My wife can see much better in this vehicle. There is a little more road noise than our previous Hyundai.
