I had a 2022 Limited Santa FE and when they introduced the Calligraphy model I liked all the features and the larger 2.5 turbo engine performance which led me to trade for the 2022 Santa FE

The Hyundai Santa FE Calligraphy comes with many features standard and is one of the industry's best warranties. Priced very competitive to other models that don't have nearly as many features as the Calligraphy.

Love my 2022 Hyundai -( but customer service sucks) need better service people in service Dept - they say they will call you back and never do - I have called several times to get hung up on 🧐🤔 love all the features - we purchased this vehicle for the right reasons

Love my Hyundai

Great retirement vehicle. Some redundancy in options but overall a very well designed vehicle. Color options fell short but the covid mess did not allow for many options. Great looking and operating vehicle that should last me to the end of my driving in life.

Excellent vehicle and company

Super comfortable, and stylish ride, with features that other makes do not provide. For example, my driver seat extends to fit under my legs perfectly. My husband who has shorter legs than I do, can just retract it to fit him perfectly. Little details make a big difference.

smooth ride

Vehicle rides excellent. My only issue is the shield on the driver and passenger side so water will not drip in car when driving. One other concern THERE ARE JUST TOO MANY QUESTIONS IN THIS SURVEY. I have nothing more to say.

Easy tp like.

I have really enjoyed the car. The downside of the purchase was that I was not able to test drive and had to wait four months for the vehicle to come in. A big negative in the purchase was that I was required by the dealer to finance the car or, if I paid cash, pay a higher price.

This car is a sexy looking car and it have a enjoyable drive, is a smooth drive you can't even feel when your drive over 80mph, is a comfortable drive and fun, but be aware of the sound is not what I spected

Good vehicle, okay price.

Like it, but don't love it. If we had to do it over again, we would think about another car. This car meets our performance needs, but not the controls or durability we would like. Some controls are difficult to see, find, or understand. Random noises and warnings are annoying at best.

love my car but has issues

brakes issues are my big concern. the wireless charger stinks and the wireless car play does not come with top of the line model. I do like the style of my sante fe and the color. the ride is hard if they fixed the few things it would be great.

Not impressed

I liked the car at first. There have been too many issues with it. The speakers don't work at all which means I can't use my phone while driving or hear music or navigation. Dealer couldn't get to it for a month.

Satisfied Hyundai owner

Have owned Hyundai vehicles since 2007. Never disappointed with quality and value. Have owned this one for a year now and it is just as good as the others. The 10 year, 100000 mile warranty is great for peace of mind too.

Very Good for Me

I rented a Santa Fe during a vacation trip. I enjoyed it very much, it fit me well and was a pleasure to drive. When it came time to lease a new SUV, my local Santa Fe dealer was the only one with new stock on the lot. In less than 4 hours, I had a three year lease that fit my budget very well, and I enjoy my Santa Fe daily.

Vehicle = Great (except Door Seal), Service = Subpar

Vehicle: is a great vehicle with wonderful features, however, had one bad experience with the Door Seal splitting (poor design flaw?) Repair is expensive for a door seal. Service: Scheduled maintenance took too long Oil Change = three and a half hours.

Car with feature comparable to luxury brands

Car interior and exterior is beautiful. It has very rich interior. Is Comfortable to drive and makes parking easy with camera system. Dealer makes maintenance very easy by contacting us via the Blue-link to schedule an appointment.

My experience of not beeping able to unlock doors once was scary. Love car though especially the roominess of the trunk area. It easily holds four sets of golf clubs. Love heated seats in both front and back

Unexpectedly nice and reliable SUV

I switched to Hyundai Santa Fe from Nissan Murano, which lease came to the end. Unfortunately, Nissan dealership couldn't provide me with the reasonable conditions for a new car I requested for, and I decided to give a chance to Santa Fe after finding many good reviews about the vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised by not only the SUV itself, but also by the Hyundai dealership service and those conditions, which I got from them. I have never regret about my decision.

Not What I Expected

Rear seats rattle and vibrate--worried that the problem will get worse. This happens under normal driving conditions. Very disappointed with this issue that my dealer said was normal because my 2017 Santa Fe did not have this ride quality issue. I am seriously considering switching my vehicle for another make and model.
