Needed a new transmission at 50,000 miles. Dealership replaced the transmission and now have a clicking noise when turning.

VERY NICE, BUT

After approx one year with my Santa Fe, it went into a "low power mode", it would not go faster then 30mph. Thankfully, I was not on a freeway. I pulled off the road, turned the motor off and restarted. The car operated fine. The service dept said bring it in asap. They kept the car for approx 2 weeks "for parts", but gave me a new Santa Fe hybrid loaner which I appreciated. This could have been a very dangerous situation.

engine shut off and override button are reversed

Having the engine stop at each intersection should be a selection, and something I have to override. It is just the opposite on the vehicle. The push-button transmission selection is a safety hazard. I have had the car for two years, and I have yet to select an option without looking directly at the keys. Positives I am fond of: the rear-view camera; when I use the turning signal, the back camera shows what is behind me, the rear deck warning when it is not closed

Meh

I like the vehicle but it started having transmission issues at 50k miles- vibrations, slamming into gear, hunting. Hyundais dealership network makes you agree to a $250-300 diagnostic fee even under warranty which really turns me off.

The Santa Fe is a great vehicle, very capable

This is the second Santa Fe we have owned. This is a 2023 and is a great vehicle. We love the look, the interior, the electronics, etc. Its a car we take to Colorado, so have great experience with it in the Rockies and it is wonderful at handling the high mountain passes.

Blame the Customer

Hyundai warranty means nothing. They refused to fix my vehicle. I had to file a BBB Autoline case. I won they lost but they never were able to fix it right I trade it in and bought a New Nissan

Having issues with my hyundai Santa fe and every time I take it in for services is seems that they can't find anything wrong with it....problem is when u have it on park the rpms go up like if ur stepping on the accelerator

Disappointed warranty service

My Santa Fe was towed in on Oct 3 and I just got it back last week. Walkin customers and cash paying customers were taken first and warranty work was constantly being pushed to the end of the line.
