So Economical and Quiet!

I love my Hybrid Hyundai Sonata. I average 45-50 mpg on the highway and about 35-38 mpg in the city. It runs quietly and has great leg room front and back. Good sized, roomy trunk. I would buy it again without hesitation!

Good comfortable vehicle

I like my Hyundai. Generally runs well. Other than the recent coolant pump issue which was addressed by warranty, car seems to be running ok in the past 3 years. Look forward to future Hyundai models.

2016 HYBRID

I have owned my Hyundai Sonata hybrid for 3 years and still love it. All I ask is that Hyundai continue to make them and not switch off to one of those plug-in electric cars which I will not buy. Unless Hyundai doses something strange to the design, my new car will be a Hyundai Sonata.

Rating of hybrid

Rating of 2016 hybrid. This is 2nd hybrid and 3rd Sonata since 2006 Love all of them, but the 2016 is the best. We just made a 900 mile round trip to Portland and averaged 43 miles per gallon. We never have averaged below 40 mpg in town and that is at speeds of up to 80 miles per hour (Idaho speed limit) on the freeway.

Good auto.

I enjoy the Hybrids fuel economy and quiet drive. Gas mileage is important to me. I am bothered by the lack of a spare tire or a doughnut for my safety on the road. There are problems when a tire goes flat

Absolutely and incredibly amazing car and lots of fun to drive, and it has almost paid for itself.

My 2016 Hyundai Sonata is an extremely well engineered automobile. It is almost 4 years old, and has 65,000 miles on it. I take it to Balise Hyundai for all my recommend service. And so far, there has never been any repairs needed, as no replacement parts needed, other than routine maintenance. I never ever owned anything as precision as this car. Plus it's the kind of care that gives me the incentive to drive carefully, and not aggresive, because the more sensibly I drive, the more I am rewarded by effieient performance and economy. How about 43-49 MPG for 4 years so far. And this car recharges itself. No plugging it in. 5 Stars for Hyundai

Definitely Work The Money

Car has 50000 miles in 35 months. I drive to Atlanta from Central Florida monthly and the trips are comfortable and trouble free. Wish I had Car Play but everything else is terrific. Hybrid could get better gas mileage since it does not approach what is advertised.

Love This Vehicle

I purchsed a hybrid Sonata two years ago. The style and interior room motivated me to test ride. I was really impressed. Now, it is still the car of my dreams. And the hybrid powertrain is fiving me an average of 43 mph. Love that too.

85,000 Miles and No Problems

I bought this car in December 2016 with 2 miles on it. Now I have driven 85,000 miles with no problems. Typical maintenance items have been replaced such as hoses, belt, and tires which would be normal on any car. I get 39 to 44 MPH, it depends on how I drive it.

Can't find a better car for the money

This vehicle has been problem free for almost 4 years and 45,000 miles. The only thing we have had to do is routine maintenance. The car is a pleasure to drive and long trips are a breeze. It can hold itself in traffic, accelerates well, easily holds 5.

Great family car

I love my car. It’s nicely styled, rides great, and very comfortable for my family of 4. I would definitely recommend this car to everyone. The dealer can be pricey to get your maintenance done, but the quality of the work is so worth it.

Best car I have ever driven, purchased, had.

Best car I have ever driven, purchased, had. This hybrid is obviously the result of years of research and painstaking trial and error. The car is a luxurious, quiet, obedient, and loyal and trusty steed. The gas mileage is incredible. I average well above the EPA 40/42. As far as the warranty, it is also top-notch. I needed an engine replacement 50,000 miles due to manufactures defect and it was done without questions, qualms, or any sort of drama. I was reimbursed by Hyundai for my rental while the vehicle was out of service. For the value, you’re really not going to find anything better. There are other hybrids out there, but this is the only one besides Volkswagen with an actual six speed transmission which makes it feel like you’re driving an actual car instead of a golf cart. Hyundai put just the right amount of control over the driving characteristics… In other words around too many options to play with, but I don’t feel like anything needs to be changed. Eco mode sport mode normal mode; all three deliver their own unique handling characteristics and make the vehicle change personalities to suit your driving needs. As far as safety, you cannot trick this car. If you’re in a dangerous situation with wet and slippery roads you’re going to make it through. The stability program on this vehicle is miles ahead of even German imports I have driven. This car does exactly what you tell it to regardless of the circumstances. As long as you have good tires on it, you can hang as if you were on railroad tracks. I have never felt more safe in a vehicle. The brakes will stop this car on a literal dime. Stability systems are extremely important to me as I was in a very bad car accident in my teens that could’ve been avoided if the vehicle is equipped with ESP. I feel like this Sonata is the perfect blend of comfort sport value utility economy. If I want to Floor it, it responds with high spirits, if I want to take it easy it does so with grace and finesse. I’m surprised and it does not have a larger share of the market…

Top shelf reliability

This is the most fun to drive car I have ever owned. It is smooth, quiet, and handles like a pro. It tracks as straight as an arrow down the road. It never wanders all over the road, and never needed a front end alignment. Even after 70,00 miles, the belts show no wear at all. My next car will positively be another Hyundai.

Sonata Hybriid

We bought our 2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited because we were looking for a nice car that got good gas mileage. We have not been disappointed. We have just passed 52,750 miles. Our overall MPG is 42. That’s not babying it either. Ride is very comfortable. Have had zero problems. Very satisfied and glad we bought it.

Love love love!!!

I absolutely love my hybrid. The drive is smooth like floating in a pool. The engine is so quiet sometimes I have to double check to make sure the car is still running when idle. I get excellent gas mileage. I have gotten as much as 55 mpg on the highway.

A dream to drive

The joy of saving money on fuel while still having a large enough car that handles better than many higher priced luxury models. The hybrid series offers high performance when needed and super fuel economy for normal everyday driving. Who knew that a mid-sized hybrid could be fun to drive.

I have to say I love my car. The comfort, style, quiet ride, and reliability are superior. I bought a 2003 Sonata new and then upgraded to 2016 Hybrid Sonata. I get compliments on the exterior color, graphite pearl blue.

More fun to drive and own than any other car I have ever owned, except for my other Hyundai Sonata.

Please do not wonder if you should buy a Hyundai. Myself and my wife both own one and are 100 percent happy and satisfied with our purchases. They never seem to break. I feel Hyundai is the finest engineered vichicle on the planet. Way to go
