We have had a few issues but have always been able to get service pretty quickly

Overall this has been a good car. We were getting ready to retire and wanted something that had fuel economy. We are happy with GPS and heated seats and overall temp control. We enjoy the blue link and it has came in handy when traveling out of town to find service when needed.

My Hyundai Sonata is my baby

It may not have all the bells & whistles like other cars, but it's beautiful. No issues and if it did, under warranty, pay nothing, I will buy another one. This time with everything & hybrid. Love it!

Great vehicle!!

I love my Sonata. Will be upgrading in a few years once they adjust the body style. I love the 2013 style but not so much after that year. I think it’s too much like a sadan. I like the sportiness of the 2013.

Love My Sonata

I've had my Sonata for five years and have never had any sort of problem with it. The only time I get it serviced is for an oil change which I do timely. It also gets great mileage and has been a pleasure to drive. Roomy interior and attractive-looking!

Super service

Oil change and filter took about 30 minutes. The staff is always professional and prompt. I try to make an appointment in advance. They never try to push other services pn me especially being an older woman

Safe and awesome

I bought Sonata in 2013. There is no problems until now. I am satisfied with this car. I am satisfied with Hyundae automall service HUB katy. They gave the best service in timely manner also. Hyundae also gave the best warranty service each time. I recommend Hyundae Sonata. This is good car, Hyundae HUB Katy is the best place.

unexpected recalls

When I decided to purchase a used vehicle a lot of family friends had nothing but great things to say about Hyundai, but when I was getting paper work done never did bring to my attention that their was recalls. very disappointing.

I love my Sonata, very fuel efficient and I don't have any problem for a long drive, Awesome!!!!

Excellent!!!! better than a Mercedes Benz. Great drive, smooth, excellent on gas whether local or long distance drives. The servicing vehicle can be a little expensive but the upkeep is worth every penny. Driving my Hyundai is great, I'm confident, worry-free that my vehicle will stall or leave me on the side of the road.

You've got to at least try one out!

My 2013 Hyundai Sonata is the best riding/comfortable vehicle I've own! (I've owned at least 11 other brand vehicles). Gets great gas mileage - 35 miles per gallon oh highway, average 32 local driving. Plenty of room front and back. Love this vehicle!

2013 Sonata

We have had this car since 2013, only minor issues which were mostly cosmetic or recall related. The car gets great gas mileage and overall the ride is very comfortable. There were a few minor tweaks I would have made and since our purchase Hyundai has addressed those issues in newer models. We travel back and forth to visit our son who is in the Air Force and couldn't make as many trips without our Sonata. Buying this car was by far one of our best choices ever.

Best in class everything at an affordable price

I had always bought American manufactured vehicles, and was considering a switch to Volkswagen and ended up driving a Hyundai Sonata by chance. I was hooked from there. The vehicle size is perfect, not too large overall, and very roomy interior all the way around. I want a vehicle with the maximum interior capacity, but I did not want to jump into an SUV or Crossover because I do not like driving larger vehicles. Mid-size sedans are my thing, I want plenty of space with the smallest footprint. The newer models for the Chevy Impala I had looked at felt very claustrophobic inside, with all the dash and console surrounding me. The Sonata is a GREAT road-trip vehicle due to the roomy interior, large trunk, great fuel economy and large (18 gal) tank. I barely have to stop for gas when I travel, I go nearly 450 miles on one tank. I looked at the Tucson and Santa Fe, but they only have 13 gallon tanks. I love the Sonata, and I hope Hyundai keeps it roomy and efficient with each redesign.

Over 60,000 Miles and Couldn't Be Better! 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited

Plain and simple and driving my Sonata Limited for over 60,000 miles I still enjoy ALMOST about! Handling is very good and is better than most cars of it's size. Reliability has been EXCELLENT!! No repairs except tires in 60K miles. The ride is comfortable with excellent passenger space. What made this an "ALMOST" review are the seats. Although leather, the leather is stiff with minimal stuffing. Don't get me wrong. The seats are of "average" comfort. However, they came at an "extra" cost in a high end Limited model. With better seats the car would have to be rated 6 stars! Overall considering price, reliability, economy and comfort it is a great car. Add to this the EXCELLENT customer service of the Hyundai Corporation and my dealer and made the right choice!

Engine problems

I’ve had the car for little over a year and I’ve already had to get a new engine because of a manufacturer error. Then had another recall on the engine plus the seatbelt. Other then those major problems I haven’t had any problems.

Hyundai Sonata

Car is good looking, but other factors prevent a good recommendation, such as: (1) Poor Mileage; (2) Going for service is a hassle. Cars are lined up with no one in sight; (3) Have had my car completed when promised for service. Not once!; (4) The dealer automatically used my telephone number and email address to contact me in order to market a new car, without my request or permission.

Car rides well but very poir mileage with snow tires. Has good features. Unfortunately WAY TOO MANY RECALLS. I have no additional comments yet they want a min number of characters, wasting my time. Last time I will do a survey!

2014 Hyundai Sonata

This has been the first Hyundai that I have owned and I am very impressed with the vehicle and the manufacture. I keep up on the regular scheduled maintenance and I have had no problems. There have been a couple of recalls and the local dealer has quickly taken care of the repair/replacement. I would highly recommend this car and this manufacture.

My Onyx Noir

Onyx is a beautiful car. She has all the bells and whistles. She has great gas mileage. She is very comfortable and roomy. Her beauty is beyond measure. I feel good whenever I drive. I don't think I will want another car for a long time to come.
