Very poor

Don't try new things. Goodwill is a very big word. I would not renew my lease with Hyundai especially their poor customer service and the most important quality of the vehicle which is very poor compare to Honda Accord and Toyota Camry. It was my very poor judgment. Wanted to try something new but forget the main word, i called BRAND.

The transmission is not working properly! I was told there was nothing wrong with it when they put it on check system? And then was told that it's normal! I've driven it in eco, sport, and normal and it continues to slip, hesitate!

I wish that I had never leased this one! I should have kept my first one!!!

this car is shitty

The defrost only works when you have it on there constantly because if you don't the car will get froggy. The seats are stain easily! other than that the car gets me back and forth, I had sine trouble here and there but thank God for a warranty!

If I could give negative stars I would

There is clearly some defect with this vehicle since I've been driving it includingbrake issues, transmission issues, and electrical issues. Hyundai refuses to admit it so I'll continue to have to deal with it until I can get rid of it.

worst buy

Bought this car as i felt in love with color and design. not even 3 years new motor . So no wont recomend this car or resolution. Feels like an old car to me and not even 40,000 miles. I lost love for my car.

Irate Owner of 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport

My 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport has been nothing but trouble. I am so sick of the oil consumption tests and the other games Hyundai plays in terms of trying to get this vehicle fixed. Hyundai has treated me very poorly and I am disgusted with them.

This 2016 hyundai sonata is a LEMON

this 2016 hyundai sonata was purchased brand new and since i hit over 30,000 miles it has been problems after problems ....starting with thermostat going out between 32,000 or 33,000 miles that cost me over $400 with a so call warranty and then after that having only 34,000 miles realizing that i didnt have oil in my car with no indication at all that the oil was low....the next oil change was scheduled at 38,000 miles HYUNDAI SOLD ME A 2016 SONATA WHICH IS A LEMON

Steering is difficult, Vehicle wanders from left to right when driving at highway speeds. Not your friend.

The exterior and interior of this vehicle is stunning in it's design. The computerized steering leaves something to be desired. Around town the handling is great. Once on the highway at higher speeds the front end of he car wanders from left to right. Very difficult to control. Overcompensation from the computerized assist. Steering requires and extremely light touch and still requires constant slight correction. Not safe when instant change is required due to possible avoidance of accident.

Out of box failure on sunroof.

I am very disappointed after spending over $30K on a brand new car that after opening the sunroof 3 times I had an issue with the wind screen pulling out, for no reason at all. This was very disappointing as I only heard good reviews about Hyundai quality in the past. I had to waste my time 3 trips to the dealer to get it looked at, dropped off, picked up. I didn't have to do this with my last car after owing for 5 years of use. Only good thing is it was under warranty, which I would have expected. Hope I don't have any other issue going forward. So I rated the reliability low and build quality low. Someone didn't do a quality check on there work.

Flashing Lights on Bluelink Remote Start

One of the reasons I bought the and payed for the Bluelink Service was to be able to start my car remotely. There is major fall to this option. When you start the car remotely the car flashes the 4-way flashers and at 5am and dark outside it lights up the neighborhood and flashes into your neighbors windows.,So out of courtesy for the neighbors this option can not be used. There needs to be an option in the app to turn this function off in this situation. Also if the doors are unlocked you can not remote start the car..There needs to be code added for the car to lock itself and start in this situation.
