I have been very happy with the performance of my Sonata. I highly recommend this vehicle. Its a comfortable smooth ride. I maintain the vehicle as directed and haven’t had any problems. My next car will be a Hyundai also.

Love This Car

I have the limited edition and it is wonderful. I feel safer in it than my previous vehicle or my husband's car. It is super cute and sporty and I have never had any issues with it at all. I see me keeping this vehicle until it is ready to be retired.

This is my second Sonata. I love this vehicle it roomy handles well on highway and local streets. The safety fixtures are a plus! I believe it’s also a great looking car! I would highly recommend this car

Paint quality poor

Pearl White paint peeling. Is a known problem being ignored by Hyundai. The car performs well but wish I knew of paint issue before I bought it. Not what I expected when happens six months after 36 month Warranty time

Sonata are no good

Do not get this type of car. Ever since I got it, there has been problems with it catching speed when taking off. It has a hard kick or feels like it is going to stall. When going to the dealership because it is under warranty they keep saying there is nothing wrong.

Sonata Sport / Van Horn Hyundai, Fond du Lac

I get excellent gas mileage with my Hyundai Sonata Sport. With gas prices soaring such as they are currently, gas mileage is of great concern to me. In addition, I love the size of my Sonata......not too big, and not too small......easy to maneuver......comfortable ride.....spacious trunk storage.

Overall a great car!

I bought my 2017 Hyundai Brand New. Love it. Had a 2002 for 16 years, minimum trouble, and was still in pretty good shape. I will always be a Sonata owner. I Couldn't ask for a better car. Thank You.

Love it!!

I don’t know how I managed to get a sonata but I absolutely love it. Did a few things to it to boost the acceleration and make him roar.. Can admit before the acceleration sucked a bet and would have made a few changes the features other than that it’s amazing!!!

Pain problems

The problem is the paint it started chipping on the roof by the windshield and the oil pressure sensor at 39000 miles also the roof antenna came off and the oil pressure sensor making the engine light to come on and put your car in limp mode

Great vehicle... except for the paint

I purchased a Hyundai Sonata back in 2007. The vehicle ran great and is still running decent to this day. Only issue was that the paint began to come off not too many years after owning the vehicle. Fast forward to 2017, I purchased another Hyundai Sonata because of the great value (price of car for how well they run). At the time of purchase, I thought the paint issue would have been rectified over that 10 year span. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Less than 4 years into owning the Sonata, the entire roof of the car and parts of the hood had to be repainted because of how bad the paint was coming off. This ends up being an added cost I haven't been burdened with from my other vehicles a Toyota Highlander and Toyota Sienna. Bottom line, up front cost is much lower but additional work adds to total cost of vehicle.

Can not beat this car for the money

2017 Sonata Limited with 55,000 miles and absolutely no problems. I have changed oil and 1 set of tires and other than filters that is it. I am still on original battery and brakes. This is a solid car and still drives like brand new. I get my wife a new car every 5 years but I am not letting this one go. I will drive it when she gets a new one.

Fantastic Vehicle !

My 2017 Hyundai Sonata Limited is THE BEST vehicle I have ever owned - Great product, features, price, mileage, reliability, style, value, etc. I never owned a Hyundai before; but, I will own others in the future (although mine is so well-made, and performs so well, I may NEVER get rid of it !
