The 2018 Sonata Is Just Car!

The Sonata just has wonderful sporty and sleek lines. The dual exhausts add to the sporty look, as do the alloy wheels. The chrome grill just sets off the overall frontal appearance of the vehicle. The sleekness of the front and rear lights enhance the overall looks as well. The vented inserts with LEDs in the front really add a tasteful as well as sporty appearance. The ride is smooth and quiet, and the standard equipment from the heated seats to the large display, and USB ports just add convenience. The combination of the cloth and leather used for the seats is a fantastic idea for those of us who like a little leather, but prefer cloth seats. The 4 cylinder engine has all the get up and go anyone could ask for. When it comes to mileage, my best on the interstate at speeds of 70-80 mph with the AC on averages 42-44 miles per gallon. Combined interstate in town average is around 35-38. In the mountains where we live, we'll average 28-32. You just can't beat that. Hyundai builds them right.

love my car it is one awesome vehicle.......... bottom line would hope my next vehicle , if i can afford it will be a Genesis. seen it on a tv show and fell in love with it. maybe one day i will be able to purchase one

I love Sonatas!

Enjoy this vehicle 100% I have not experienced any issues. I’ve purchased multiple Sonatas in the past. It’s my favorite model with spacious back seat room! I’d recommend Hyundai’s to anyone and the warranty is the best!

First time for buying a foreign car.

When I started looking for a car, I didn't even think of a Hyundai. I looked at both the Elantra and the Sonata. The Sonata was a wonderful choice. I have had nothing but good things with my car. And 3 years of almost put 60,000 miles on it and it is a great car and I would not hesitate to tell friends or family to buy a Hyundai

This is my sixth Hyundai since 1994. Never disappointed and great warranty. Also well priced in market..Have always enjoyed driving this vehicle. My most recent Sonata was leased, so I will be able to update as technology developes.

Issues with Factory and Dealership

Bad, Dealership sales were very uninformed and lacked information from the factory about unresolved issues with my cars model . Hyundai sent us several forms to fill out about reimbursement from the factory oissues and class action law suits. We never heard anything back from our response. We would like to get out of the Hyundai that we currently drive because of the Factory issues and Dealership Miss information that we were told when we bought this car.

Not worth the money

This vehicle i would not recommend. The headlight setting is not sufficient and the heating system is not warm enough. The heated seats do not get warm enough either. This vehicle is just not one I would recommend.

Sonata

The only issue I have is minor, the cup holders need to be designed with the ability to hold a cup firmly in place. A cup wobbles in the holder of it’s not the same diameter as the holder is. I have mentioned this in n previous survey’s as well.

Sonata

I don’t think I can complete an extensive review. I like the car. I don’t it on long distance trips. I stay in the area. Pretty good in snow. Air conditioning pretty good. Apple play doesn’t always activate.

2018 Sonata 2.0T

This is my favorite daily-driving car. I own a few very nice cars (Porsche, Mercedes, Lexus) and I enjoy driving the Sonata because it has a very good balance of performance, safety, infotainment, and mileage. I am very happy that Hyundai is developing new cars that will continue their positive trends especially in the performance area. The new N-Line cars and the N performance cars are perfect for the type of driving I enjoy. My sights are currently on the up-coming Elantra N.

Performance

Only 21,000 miles, 2 1/2 year old, but very poor gas mileage. Overall poor quality, had problems with blue tooth, suspension struts, trunk lid latch broken, etc. would not want to buy again. Local dealer in Katy could not get parts for a month and treated me poorly

My sonata

No problems with my vehicle. Great dealer service. My experience with this dealership as always excellent. Only problem I have is getting in and out of my car. I think the door Space could have been a wider.

Very reliable

This is my first new car and the first car I've considered owning upto the end of the loan term. It's quiet and smooth riding. Everything has been great with owning my 18 Sonata. The dealer in Milford MA was so great we went back three days later and bought a brand new Santa Fe for my wife.

2018 hyundai sonata

To hard to get in and out of the vehicle due to the slanted roof design, the limited headroom and low stance of the car. Engine seems under powered compoared to the previous Sonata I owned with a 6 cylinder engine.

Wonderful Car!

We have had our Hyundai Sonata Hybrid for over a year and it is a WONDERFUL CAR. Fun to drive and FUN to save on gas! (Over 600 miles range per tank!) It isn't the most high end of the Sonata Hybrid line, but has so many great features that make it convenient. Especially the communications components! Smart design!!!

Dependable. Reliable and wouldn't buy anything other than a Hyundai

This is my 3rd sonata and they have never let me down. I've been coming to Larry Miller Hyundai for years and I've purchased each one of my Hyundai's at Larry Miller and have never been disappointed. My next car will also be a Hyundai.

overall nice car with good styling but it did not have all wheel drive and sat too low to the ground for the primary driver's concerns. Therefore traded in for higher all wheeled vehicle. Very pleased with new car.
