The Hyundai Sonata is a great car!

I like some of the older features on the earlier models than what's on the 2020 models. Number one is, the CD player should have never been taken out. The rear view of the 2015 model was better than 2019's. Lastly, the air control is hard to find the place where I am just getting normal outside air, and not A/C air or heated air. That is all I have to say. I still like the car very much!

Will never purchase from Hyundai again

The last Sonata I brought from the Hyundai dealership became unsafe to drive (due to no fault of my own) it was a bad engine and I was forced to purchase a new vehicle. The new vehicle costs 403 per month when the car I had before was 126 per month. I was handled TERRIBLY at the dealership and left feeling defeated and financially drained. Covid hit and I lost my job and making the payments have become increasingly harder. I have been instructed to submit a claim for the Theta Engine settlement but once again I have been handled poorly when trying to speak with someone. Overall I would not recommend Hyundai to ANYONE!!!

2020 Sonata

Love the Sonata. Very comfortable and trunk space is exceptional. Easily fits 4 full size golf bags. Ride is great, but is slightly noisy, but not distracting. Wish the Android Auto was bluetooth instead of having to use a usb port. Sometimes the touch screen you have to use a little more pressure than I thought.

2019 leased Sonata

A good car for my needs..I feel safe. You are pushing your luck now..It is a good car, not perfect, and it cost me more than it should have. This is my 4th lease and each time the costs goes up 100.00 per month and the cars are barely driven. I use the car to visit my grandchildren and I want to be safe. Since the pandemic I have not been able to drive to see them so I am very unhappy and my health is not good. Enough!

The Hyundia Sonata offers excellent value. The aerodynamic design is sleek and contemporary. Performance and comfort are comparable to other vehicles that are considerably more expensive. I recommend looking at the Sonata when thinking about a vehicle upgrade.

2019 Sonata Limited

Excellent car. Great gas mileage. Fun to drive. Plenty of amenities including Infinity stereo, navigation system, remote start, etc. Have had for two years without any issues at all. I would recommend Hyundai to anyone.

Beware of car theives

Been buying Hyundai Sontas since 2013. Good quality vehicles for the money. Got a good deal on a 2019 that replaced a 2013 that was totaled in an accident. Liked the 2019 car but ignition design makes a target for theives.

Love Hyundai

This is my 4th Hyundai: my 2003 Santa Fe was purchased, had it for over 10 years and 211,000+ miles. I have since leased 3 Sonatas and have about a year remaining. Chances are I will buy a used car when my lease is over.

LOVE MY SONATA

I walked into the dealership and this beautiful Lakeside Blue Sonata was on the showroom floor. I drove it home in less than an hour. That was in 2019 and I LOVE it still today. I would recommend this car and its features to everyone.

Money saver

The fuel economy on this has saved me so much money in gas. Never considered this model till we got in the vehicle and noticed how much room it had, especially with a car seat in the back. Now my wife wants a Santa Fe based off the performance of this car

Great family car

Great car lots of features and very comfortable and priced well love all the gadgets it has only down side is the acceleration even when on sport mode torque isn’t good enough but other than that’s is a very nice ride ??

Great quality at a reasonable price

I leased a Hyundai Sonata a few years ago based on its warranty and claims of reliability, since then, I’ve bought one for my son and am on my second leased Sonata. They’re great handling cars with a lot of features that make them a great value for the price, in the years I’ve had them I have not had a single incident where anything has gone wrong with the cars

Engine possible issues

I wouldn't have bought knowing Hyundai was going to be fined for trouble with engine failure. The car is great on gas and rides smooth, but tire noise is awful and I need to turn up radio. Speaker system is far from being great.

The Sonata 2019 Sport has great style, great warranty, has been dependable, provides great safety options and technology features and handles well. For the price it beats all the market for the quality and options. The road noise on highway and interstates is greater than preferred, but is acceptable.
