Hyundai sonata owner

I love my car. It was my first car and I would not trade it in! I love the head lights I have not seen another car with the same lights. I love the top and the sun roof. The seats are so comfortable. 🤩

Do not buy

Absolute junk. My vehicle has been at the dealership since 12/14/2022 and I am filling this out on 10/24/2023. Still do not have my vehicle back and the estimated time of completing my vehicle repairs is unknown. Junk.

Car is reliable and very safe.

Have driven Kia/Hyundai vehicles for over 20 years. And, basically, haven't had cause to regret such experiences. Reliability and workmanship are very important to wife and I. Hyundai has delivered, in spades, on such criteria.

Great car, terrible customer service support

The vehicle is great. You will not find any car currently out on the market that can match all the features that you get with the Sonata. However, you don't want your vehicle's check engine to turn on because otherwise, you will experience some of the worst customer service you can imagine. Regardless of your warranty, you will not be given a rental car until there is a diagnosis, and that may not happen until 10 to 20 days from the day you take your car to the dealership. Hyundai really needs to work on this.

A Great Vehicle At A Very Reasonable Price

We were able to lease a Sonata SEL Plus with the Tech Package and the preferred package for $227.00 a month (including MA use tax), with $3,000 down, 12,000 miles for 36 months. For that amount of money this is an incredible car. Loaded with features and tech, very comfortable, reasonable performance and great gas mileage. It's a great looking car and everything about suggests the luxury of a more expensive car. It may be the best car we've ever owned.

Good car. Never haqs a loaner car

I am planning to buy the car after the lease end. But it seems to have many expensive charges. The trade in value with tax included is 17,500. But they want to charge me a extra 1,000.00 to purchase the car.Doesnt make sense i have been with Hyndai for 15 years. I have been a very good customer but i cant figure out why the are charging me a extra 1,000.00 to buy the car when the lease ends. I wish someone would explain this to me.

There was nothing about this car I didn't love. I almost cried when I gave them the keys

The sporty look was what caught my eye. The overall look inside and out was exactly what I was looking for. It drives nice and smooth. The system sounded amazing for music. The space was exactly what I was looking for.

Nice car. However, I recommend any dealership other than Marhoffer. Sales pitch given to us for an extra tire rim warranty will not honor. Waste of $600, terrible to do that to people purchasing a vehicle from them. Marhoffer in Green. Very disappointing.

Marhoffer does not honor warranty's they sell. We paid six hundred dollars for a tire and rim warranty. They will not honor the warranty as we were told when we purchased the vehicle. Marhoffer in Green.

Fun Drive / Poor Quality

The car is fun to drive and gets solid gas mileage. The main issues I have are with the transmission which has been recalled multiple times and with the massive amount of road noise that the car lets in.

wonderful car! no problems at all

This is the third Hyundai I've owned. All three were bought new, and I've never had any trouble with any of them. this one 2021, had 2 recalls, and when I took it in for repair the dealership took care of the problem immediately. If Hyundai had not notified me about the recalls I would never have known, because they were not serious problems and did not affect the driving. Hyundai is a great car and I would recommend it to anyone!

For the price, you cannot beat the features, build quality and warranty. If I am looking for a reliable every day family car, I think the build quality and features provide a great value for the price and the 10 year warranty provides peace of mind.

Awesome car with great high technological features, comfort, looks, and great gas mileage. It is fun to drive and I use all the safety and driving support features the Sonata contains. I use the HUD and blind spot video monitors constantly while driving.

Great Vehicle for the money.

I felt the gas mileage and construct of the vehicle were excellent. Rear windows failed. I feel the interior and exterior lighting could be better. The android download was difficult. I like the ride and handling of the vehicle.

Great car for price

Lots of quality amenities that a lot of other brands just don’t have at this price point. Hybrid gives you great MPGs. The warranty can not be beat. I would recommend this brand to anyone looking. Build quality is better than Honda, Toyota.

i lease and will be leaving Hyundai after 25 yrs. of owning them. also your really cant be wanting customer survey demanding some tell more without you giving a better product. this must be required from a settlement thq atyu must be require to do

no power, poor riding experience, not comfortable ride, too low to the road, you can hear everything on the road. the car will not hold value base on its performance. only because of demand is why this car will be sold. this car for the price was a horrible purchase.
