Good experience

Pleasantly surprised of all vehicle amenities. Previously only had used cars. Drives well, great gas mileage. Interior very roomy, trunk is roomy and holds quite a lot of items. Nothing more to add.xx

A headache

Please don’t get this car. If you have to drive somewhere and it’s raining, prepare for your under carriage to fall apart. Use a crowbar, because your car can start with a USB port and the dealership won’t support you for months.

My ac hasn’t worked in a year and you guys have given me the run around. The dealerships never have any availability for weeks and when you do get a chance to bring it in they tell you the part is on back order. I’ve never had to deal with so many recalls and I have already owned 4 brand new vehicles . It’s a great disappointment since this is the first time I’ve spent a substantial amount on a vehicle.

Excellent commuter

Excellent vehicle in all the sense except radio speakers on the second row -10 points quality of the interior is superb wireless Apple CarPlay is superb the smart cruise control is amazing overall this car is an amazing deal.

Had an issue no dealer could fix.

Car ate tire and made loud rotational noise beginning around 16,000 mi. that dealers heard but were unable to fix. How many times would you like me to repeat this to reach 200 characters? Quality and warranty are terrible

We've had nothing put problems with this car since purchase. What makes these matters worse is that the dealership and Hyundai customer support deny claims clearly presented. Hyundai won't stand behind their warranty.

My children like driving my car when they visit. Gas mileage is good as opposed to their cars.

I like the safety features, also the quick pick up. I had the windows tinted for summer which helps a lot. Wish the radio was better. Miss my CD player. Miss a lock on glove box. Miss leather seats, but no cars available when I bought. Bought out of fear of driving my Equis till suspension went again.

I love the new tuscon style drive and design.

I love the new Tuscon. Steve Harrington and Robert are always very helpful to meet my expectations and price point. I have leased 3 vehicles with them and will continue to do so. They go above and beyond to make the experience pleasurable.

Style & Tech!

I have a Limited model and I'm honestly still obssessed as I was on day one. The exterior styling is striking and bold! The interior is simply high class modernistic which in today's world, and while driving, is a MUST! The ride is so smooth & comfortable. I have exactly what I want and need when it comes to audio. The included maintenance package is such a nice perk, so all you have to worry about for a few years is paying the note and gas. The amount, level, and quality tech that's built into this car far exceeds expectations for a car in this class!!! You won't regret it.

Other than a title issue,the car is great.

I really enjoy the adaptive cruise. It makes driving easy. My text response is supposed to be two hundred characters. I really don't want to text that much but it won't take my response without the word count. I almost exited at this point.

Quality is not like it use to be!

Poor quality and services are further apart! If I have concerns I have to wait till service and it was never like this. I’ve been buying cars for 30 years and the quality isn’t there anymore! I bought a MS Lincoln and received better warranty and service checks and I’m very happy! I’ll be trading in this car in Sept for a better deal as I’m unhappy with this purchase.

I am totally satisfied with my hybrid sonata. Mileage, performace and looks are great. When I decide to purchase another vehicle it will most likely be another hybrid sonata and from the same dealership and salesman.
