Great car, but difficult to achieve estimated MPG.

I love the styling of the car and features; however, achieving the estimated MPG is very difficult in less than ideal conditions. I am averaging only 33 MPG rather than the estimated 37 MPG. i can exceed 37 MPG when primarily using the electric motor; however when needing to use the gas engine, mileage drops significantly.

Purchased a Tucson Hybris new

The Tucson was researched along with about six contenders. The consumer reports of a 93 percent and a fuel economy of 36/37 made this vehicle a winner. The Amazon gray color was a number one choice for my wife and I. But the fuel economy was extremely disappointing. It was stated that we should see 36/37 MPG. Reality is only 25-28MPG.

Very good for overall value

Perfect design both interior and exterior in every sense of the word. Beautiful look and full of features everywhere. Panoramic roof take this car to a different level as well as the integrated headlights to the grille. Well thought seat design and very comfy. Loaded with tech features (if you care about it). Just make sure you physically check one inside if you are 5'9" or higher as the ceiling is not high at all and the driver's side, does not have too much space for a mid-heavy person.

Delivers in every way but MPG.

Looks, ride, feel, amenities - it is all wonderful! My wife and I were very excited about all-wheel-drive and the hybrid powertrain. MPG advertised was 36-37mpg. Ours has never passed 28mpg in +2000miles.

All is good so far. But we have only had the Vehicle for 1 month (160 miles) Too early to provide a accurate evaluation

It is difficult to provide a accurate evaluation with only 1 month with the vehicle. As i said earlier in this survey, a second survey between 6 tp 12 months would provide more accurate input for your company.

Very economical for it's price. Features that are standard on these models are way above what I expected and see on other vehicles. Fuel economy is standard and can be improve on. Over all, not bad for it's price

Enjoy the responsive of the vehicle including responsive to speed and steering

Enjoy the vehicle would prefer the ability to turn off the backup sounds there are also some concernsabout cabin noise at highway speeds 55 mph+. Overall would recommend purchasing this vehicle. One major selling point was the ability for my 6'3 son to be able to sit in the vehicle comfortably.

Wonderful car BUT don't expect hybrid to shine on highway or in winter

We love the car (mostly). It drives great, has great features, is comfortable, and comes with the Hyundai warranty that we love. We don't love that cold weather (<40F) and highway driving (e.g. 70mph) saps mileage. So far we have been getting 17-27% less MPG than EPA. Unless warmer weather brings a change, I don't believe the hybrid makes sense compared to a standard engine.

Great car - good - not great gas mileage for hybrid

Love this car - it is attractive and well thought out. Love the Carplay and sun roof. Gas mileage averages 32.7 miles/gallon. I was hoping for closer to 40. Also at this level would have appreciated a memory for seat placement. Since I am short, I have to have the seat up close, but when I get in the car at that setting, I hit my head on the door frame. Then my husband has to find his setting each time he gets in the car. But, these are small inconveniences compared to my enjoyment of the car!

Good experience at the dealership. Salesman very good.

We like to styling and ease of use while driving the 2023 Tucson hybrid. As mentioned earlier some of the setup features are difficult to understand even when using the summary manual. I'm still not sure what all of the vehicles feature are. I'd like to make clear, I don't believe this isn't the fault of the dealership or any of their employees.

Tucson, SLE Convenience - Hybrid

Beautiful and confortable .Does not offer the real MPG advertised though, Great design and feautures compering with other brands and similar SUV, drives ok on the snow. Still testing it but so far. besides I am trying to get 38-40 MPG offered when driving (it has not happened). Average I've got so far 30MPG.

good car - needs better testing before selling it

my car is brand new and has check engine lights keeps coming intermittently - this should not happen to a new car - a better testing should be done and if this does happen it should be fixed immediately but that did not happen

Handles nicely. Great tech. Poor wipers and brakes.

Great suv. Handles so good and I love driving it. Feels luxurious. If you like tech then this is your brand to buy. They need to install beam type window wipers. Do yourself a favor and just go spend $40 on premium ones. Also the braking on this isn't the best at high speeds and in a pinch. So hang back and don't get close to vehicles in front of you on the highway or any speed above 60mph. That's its. I love this suv minus the complaints above.

Great vehicle! LOVE this car, but only getting 30 - 32 mpg

The 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid trim (lowest) Blue is awesome. It looks great inside and out. I do not need or even like leather seats, I find these seats to be comfortable. Still - even though the lowest trim level (Blue), it looks great inside. A friend commented that it was "as nice as a Lexus" (I wouldn't know). It has fantastic pick-up compared to my GF's Honda Civic Hybrid. It gets really good gas mileage, but not as good as the EPA rated 38 mpg. In fact on my long highway trips (350 miles or so), I'm getting 30 - 32 miles. I can live with this. Perhaps it's because I run the heater, but the hybrid gas engine should make heat as a "side effect"? The bluetooth/Android pairing function works great. The voice-activated call function works great, the lane keeper function works - just OK IMO *you have to make SURE you keep your hands on the wheel in curves!*, the smart (adaptive) cruise control works great - all this on the base model!

The vehicle drives & handles great. Feels very solid. For a hybrid it should to better than 31 mpg since that is very close to the mileage of the non hybrid Tucson. The mileage indicated on the cars computer is not accurate. Filled up the tank & drove 380 miles & filled up again to calculate actual mileage. The computer was off by about 4 mpg. The sound system needs an amp & sub woofer.

Decent SUV

Comfortable ride, cool look, saves a little on gas, and has good safety features. No wireless CarPlay features and wires CarPlay works intermittently. The vehicle is spacious. It did not come with a spare tire, which surprised me.

Great performance, comfort and looks. A bit off on the advertised gas mileage.

I love the stable, grounded handling of my Tucson. Great comfort, quiet. My new ride for sure! Great build quality, great color, great size. All good except the oddly low fuel mileage and the lack of wireless Apple Car Play.
