2nd Tucson and will most likely not be last

Great car over all the space is unmatched ( bigger than my other Ford escape) the comfortable seats huge screen just love this car.( Want to replace my escape with another Tucson or maybe even a Santa Fe)

The only thing I would change is where you have where you can change it from like snow to echo. Where it’s at I bump it all the time on Accident.

Great car but unfortunately had a faulty evaporator drain pan from the factory… had to ripe out the whole dash to repair.

Terribly disappointed

I owned a 2014 Santa Fe that never required unscheduled maintenance even at 80 thousand miles. So I knew I had to buy another Hyundai vehicle. The 2025 Tucson has now been in for repairs totaling 15 days and is still there. The screen (instrument cluster) went completely black, including the speedometer. They replaced the screen with a new one and it went black again after 100 miles. I’d really like to get a reliable car like the Santa Fe was for 11 years.

Hyundai Still Leader for Bang for Buck

The Tucson is a very good compact hybrid SUV. A few minor flaws keep it from greatness. My SEL Convenience hybrid offers excellent value for the dollar. Below average stereo, too-dim-too-see climate control backlighting, and a couple of odd choices in the gauge cluster and infotainment screens hurt the overall grade.

Love the Tucson and hate at the same time.

Great SUV, fun to drive can even drive itself for the most part minus the steering. Wish when using the smart cruise it would work with sunglasses. Very comfortable, wish there was more storage areas, and a lockable glove box. One major grip I have with all the cameras it should have a simple storage card plug-in that over rights the video on it for every drive. That way if something happens you have video from all the cameras that can be pulled for insurance or incident. There are cameras galore on this vehicle but no way to get at what it sees like the Tesla's can. It basically has front and rear dashcams, adding a storage card to record should be simple.

Rate our 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid.

We are very satisfied with our Tucson. We rate it as excellent in every category except Reliability and that is because after we had driven it for slightly over 2000 miles there was a problem with a wiring harness that supplied the guages on the dashboard. While driving, all the gauges quit working. The dealership told us it would be out of commission for 1 to 3 months. It was 1 month. The Tucson's reliability rating may go up in time, but only time will tell. It's gotten off to a bad start in that regard. But I'm optimistic. We bought a Hyundai because we own a 2014 Santa Fe and have been very satisfied with it.
