Car ok, dearlership still not completd their duties

I bought my vehicle over 75 days ago and the dealership has still yet to delivery all the items that were on the window sticker. They also overcharged me, acknowledged this but have yet to repay the amount the have overcharged. I feel I have been more than patient but this is ridiculous. They thought I would just let this slide? I will not. The dealership dose not care about their customers and Hyundai corporate support while supportive has yet to have them even return my phone calls.

Plug-in Hybrid uses to much gas

I told my sales person that I did not want by gas. My plug-in uses almost as much gas as my 2022 hybrid. I have contacted customer support for help, but the same mechanic worked on it and therefore did not see a problem. As a past technician before I retired, it was usually good to have a second set of eyes look at the issue.

Not the SUV I had hoped for

The electric features aren’t convenient for me because it costs more charge and the fill up with gas and it takes 2 hours to charge when I don’t have an at home charging port to use. I feel like I over payed for this vehicle when I replaced my previous Hyundai for this vehicle.

can’t believe how much electricity it takes to charge . my monthly

the ride is to stiff for me.it costs to much to charge. when the electric runs out the car is not smooth at switching gears

Multiple issues and it's been impossible to get support

In the less than a year that we've had the car, we've had multiple issues. Charging cable didn't work, acceleration was messed up, a couple of others. All minor but still not something I expect in year one. To make things even worse, service has been impossible to get. Appointments need to be booked two months in advance which doesn't really help me when I can't charge up the car because the cable is broken now.

I have had 11 Hyundai's and this is the worst one I have ever had.

I love Hyundai I have had 11 of them and this is my worst one I have ever had. I have had it for three months and it has been in the shop for two months almost being fixed and it is not fixed yet.

Impractical

I had to trade it back in after several weeks because I discovered phev is very impractical for a 1-car household. It could only be cost-saving if it is used exclusively for short, local trips like running to the supermarket. Any roadtrip that exceeds the very limited EV mileage (33 miles total) will result in very high fuel usage and consequent terrible overall mileage. The only answer is to pull off the highway and sit for several hours while you plug into a charging station, IF you can find one. A trip of several hundred miles would necessitate numerous 2-3 hours stops along the way.

Powertrain Issues

We leased our Tucson in April and have had 4 instances where the vehicle lost power while driving due to something wrong with the powertrain. Thankfully when the loss of power occured we were able to safely pull over to the side of the road and not have an accident. This is a brand new car and we are already having issues causing us to regret leasing a Tucson.

car needs work

I paid a lot of extra money for a vehicle I believed would charge so I could drive on the battery for 33 miles. It doesn't charge when it is hot which it is a lot of the year. It also shift poorly, will run at high RPM over 4000 sometime on the freeway where other times it is less than 2000. There is a constant raddle in the battery compartment. Often when shifting into reverse from park it will not move but the engine will race. I have to put it into neutral and then reverse again in it will move. Once I was in park and put it into drive, the car moved forward in drive but the brake would not disengaged. I did a few shifts into neutral and back to drive before the brake released.

Good design but poor engineering

The look, comfort and features of the car are great, but in the first year I had 5 or 6 serious things go wrong. The warranty is helpful, but the hassle to fix things outweighs the fact that they get fixed for free.

Not enough electric power

I drive other plug-in hybrid. That car s gas engine doesn’t come on when in electric mode and battery is full. This car the gas engine comes on frequently even when drive mode is electric and battery is full

Driving great technology very behind time

I really am enjoying the car except for the technology that is so behind times and not fully functional with iPhone which is annoying. I hope they fix this issue soon otherwise I’ll not by Hyundai again

Not what I exy

Don’t pay extra for the plug-in feature. It’s not worth it. It costs over $4 to fully charge to 33 miles. It also gets around 30 miles per gallon of gas. Gas is less than $4 here. So the plug-in feature actually costs me more.

Not all itwas advertised

The plug in is great in city commutes where you can plug it in nightly..BUT...this vehicle is very poor on long highway trips the gas mileage is even close to the advertised 37mpg..l average 24-26 which is pretty poor for a 4 cylinder motor.

Rather have bought something else

It’s the type of care that you like at first, but the more you drive the more you dislike it. It’s underpowered. It beeps at everything. The tech is subpar. The visibility isn’t great. The charging is slow and ability for the driver to remain in EV mode and override the HEV is missing.
