My RED Ride.

My car is red with gray leather interior; I order it in December 2024 it was built in January 2025 it arrived in March at my dealer. The whole experience was carried out without any difficulties. I put that down to my dealer. This my 3rd vehicle I purchased from a Fred Beans dealer, thank you for making my purchase transparent.

Like it a lot

Very fuel efficient, being a plug-in hybrid, it doesn't use much gas. Ride is smooth, road noise is minimal, and wind noise is controlled. The hybrid system is seamless: transitions from battery to engine and vice versa are seamless and we never notice (the tachometer would be the most obvious indicator). On the inside, it looks a lot more expensive than it is.

Great overall value. Solid feature set, comfortable ride especially when compared to previous year's model. Great energy consumption both with electric and gasoline. 3-year maintenance included a big plus when compared to similar Kia Sportage plug-in model with same features.

Surprisingly good!

We love the hybrid Plug-in Tucson. We do a lot of local driving and the battery covers this - it’s still a novelty to not have to buy gas very often! The car is very comfortable for both short and long journeys, and we feel safe with all the safety features that are in the car. We’re still learning how to use some of the features but Hyundai have many short videos on the features and these we find very useful.

So far so good. Love this vehicle. Two suggestions for improvement.

1. The indicator lights on the climate control panel are almost impossible to see in the daytime. 2. The directional alarms when changing lanes should be modified so that they do not activate when other vehicles are easily visible (beside the front quarter panels and beyond). Most safe drivers signal a lane change well in advance of changing lanes so cars in the rear can anticipate. As it stands now the driver must wait for the car beside you to completely clear the front of the vehicle to avoid an alarm, making lane changes in heavy traffic impossible if you want to avoid an alarm..

Love driving again because of this car

This car is quiet and smooth riding. I love the electric motor feel when starting from zero speed. It feels refined and the power is well managed. The exterior looks great and the interior is well finished with great features on the Limited.

The quiet and quick Tucson Unlimited PHEV

We purchased the Tucson in March and are extremely pleased. The ride is soft and quiet, just whatever we're looking for. There tons of power and response is quick when you ask for it. We're enjoying all the electronics and learning more every time we drive. We love the long display.

The best of both worlds

We traded in our (another brand) EV for our Hyundai Plug-in Tucson after returning from a 7,000 mile cross country trip. The U.S. infrastructure just isn’t there😢. Our Tucson allows us to run EV for short trips and the security of being able to run hybrid for long trips and pull into any gas station anywhere to refuel.
