Do NOT get an EcoBoost anything!

Our 2016 Tuscon ecoBoost is a very attractive vehicle, but the eco feature is extremely dangerous! I don't know how many times I have tried to cross an intersection or turn into traffic, at the proper speed, and this vehicle will NOT move! Frankly, even when it's not on eco it will do it. I can have the petal all the way down to the floor and it starts to creep and will literally stop accelerating, and then gradually kick in. So, you can't merge with the flow of traffic and have to wait until absolutely no car is around before going across a road to get on the other side. Never again...we are trading this one in very very soon.

Serious Teansmissiin issues

The styling and options available are awesome on Tuscon! On the other hand I have been back and forth for 1 year dealing with transmissiin issues after being nearly hit by traffic twice because of stalling

Looks good but ohhh the ride

The dual shift transmission stinks..especially if you live in a hilly area..hyundai made a mistake hear.also beware dont get stuck in traffic for a long period of time..the tranny over heats. Not good. I dont recommend a vehicle with this tranny

will never own another Hyundai Tucson!!!

Have an ongoing issue with the A/c system not working all of the time, I've had it back to the dealer 3 times only to be told they can not duplicate the problem. I am very disappointed with my 2016 Hyundai Tucson!!

Had better Hyundais in the past. Should not have traded inmy Sonata.

Poor milage. Poor visibility. Only adaquet handling. Few amenities. Wife wanted bigger car so the Sonata got traded in.

Overall very nice vehicle

The dual clutch transmissions are garbage in these vehicles had problem since day one. Transmission Has been replaced with brand new one last week and no problems yet but other than that it is very sharp looking and great in the snow.

DCT 2016 Tuscon

SUV looks nice! But the DCT needs some fine tuning. Sports mode is the best mode but the gas mileage suffers. Tranny overheats if stuck in traffic so you have to allow space plenty of space! Driving in sports mode is better but the gas economy suffers. the shuddering is less noticeable in this mode. I did not have this issue with my 2013 Sonata turbo. I read the reviews and the Santa Fe is not plagued with these issues.

Not what I expected........

Not the quality I am accustomed to from Hyundai. As I haved said several times too many repairs. Too many issues with Devinos. I had rental cars for 3 months while my vehicle was being repaired and then I was told I was lucky thery weren't charging me for them!!!! What??????? This vehicle has caused a lot if aggravation and inconvenience.

Car drives horrrible

Vehicle is extremely underpowered road noise is loud. Pretty much feels like your driving a golf cart with no ac. The issue is the engine it’s underpowerd for the weight of the vehicle. The seats yes essential fabric which is not supposed to stain stains very easily. All round horrible decision. Any wait for this lease to end to get something else

Not pleased

I love the look of this vehicle! I have not been happy almost from the beginning. The transmission has lagged, almost causing an accident. I complained, and they said it was just how the car's transmission worked. Really? I don't think i was belived, but then right after i complained, a recall came out to fix it. It did not fix it. Then, recently, another recall so far has worked. The car also jerked badly when at a roll (like when in a traffic jam, slow moving). Very irritating. The screen for the radio, navi, also locks up. Causing a black screen. Sometimes when I first start it, its locked up, and I can't even turn the loud radio down even with the dial. Not happy with road noise from under vehicle either. Just not what I'd hoped it was.

Terrible in the snow

This vehicle is overall good but it is is horrible in snow conditions. There are times you are on the gas and it does not move. I have inquired about this and keep hearing there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and it just happens.

Driver seat not comfortable. Don’t like material used for seats.We were told it was easy to care for.We treat our vehicles well, which means it is clean.Food and drink are not consumed in the vehicle.

Double clutch is not very good

Because of double clutch the car sometimes lurches when you accelerate. This can be dangerous in an intersection. I complained about the gas acceleration within 2 weeks of purchasing my brand new car. I had it serviced twice and it still is not working properly.

This car is what you get for the price. However, the transmission in my vehicle doesn't work properly. I've returned to dealership but they could not duplicate the issue, although it's happened for me, my husband and my son.

2016 Hyundai Tuscon

I bought this vehicle three years ago and it has never accelerated right. I am told Hyundai is aware of this problem but has yet to come up with a fix. It hesitates and sputters when trying to accelerate. Hyundai needs to hire engineers who can solve problems in a timely manner.

I bought a Lemon

I bought my Tuscan brand New and 2 weeks later transmission over heated called World Hyundia and they told me do not worry about it year had problems all that time and half later the Transmission went out had to have brand new one at 26,000 miles still having problems with things going out and breaking down. They will not do anything with the lemon law. I am paying $650.00 a month for a fix and repair daily. So why buy a new one. And they will not trade me.

Car

The consistantl problem. With the dual clutch since 1 problem doesn't seem to be getting after 2 years. It spits and sputters way to much and wants to die out dealership says nothing they can do. Wanted to get out of it from day 1 and they fought me over it.
