Nice car, very reliable, safe and comfortable.

I had dreamt of having a Tucson for a long time. I never imagined I could afford them because I thought they were very expensive. I visited several preowned dealers and still thought prices were so high for aged cars. My son took me to Potamkin Hyundai at the Miami Lakes location. They gave me the best offer and conditions. All my experience with dealers and cars got over my expectation. I am really happy.

Good little car

After a year of driving it, I think it is a well built and designed auto. I like the ease in parking and features. My only negative is the comfort of the seats. I wish they were a little more roomy.

Decent little suv but would not buy another Tucson

This vehicle is a acceptable for basic every day use but lacks a lots of what I would expect on a long road trip such as excessive road noise, uncomfortable seats, electronic steering that is way to sensitive

Its transportation. Hopefully it will be reliable transportation. It has a few aids to help with my driving. The car runs too quiet. Some times I'm not sure if I turn the car off. I would prefer a key.

I furthered all of my long term & short term goals and I did it with Hyundai beside me. You want a vehicle that won't fail? Buy Hyundai. My vehicle has never broken down.

Too much automation but at lease some can be disabled

Some automation can be disabled to keep the car from alerting. The lane departure and adaptive cruise can be disabled, thereby allowing the driver to keep control of the vehicle. However, some automation remains on. Doors lock either when vehicle shifts to D or when reaching 10mph with no way to disable. Also when parked the passenger doors will auto lock if they were not opened. The key fob buttons are too sensitive, commonly sets off panic alarm or opens tailgate if anything else is in pocket with the fob. The vehicle chirps quite loudly when locking and unlocking the doors with no way to silence, occurs when using button on fob or button on the door. Service information is hard to come by. If you plan to maintain your own 2020 Tucson you will have great difficulty gaining information. Many scan tools do not have information to completely interface with the systems. Driving experience is good. Pleasant handling, good feel to the wheel and solid brakes. Acceleration is lacking but it does provide a "Sport" mode which has better acceleration, sometimes too responsive, but an option. The six speed transmission is far better than any CVT I have painfully experienced.

Not satisfied with how my title has been handled and I'm still waiting for the mistake to be fixed... haven't heard anything.

I need a lower monthly payment in order to enjoy the vehicle and actually be able to put fuel in it and enjoy driving without having to limit my trip amounts and/or distances I drive when I have the time to enjoy it other than my commute to and from work.

My 2nd Tuscon

This is my 2nd Tuscon that I have had. The first one I had, had more to it, I went a little more basic this time. I had heated seats installed. It's a great car but I think I will go bigger next time. I always lease my cars.

High expectations, average satisfaction

Tucson is a very popular vehicle with great styling, warranty but is hit and miss on technology and features. Fix on the misses and it may be worth the money for the ultimate package. As is, not fully satisfied and looking for more, unfortunately no take backsies on a model that doesn’t hold value. Unfortunate recalls too soon for a new vehicle as well, with disappointing dealership service (not exclusive to Hyundai though, as all dealerships are horrible).

I was a little bit disappointed that I didn’t have all the actual features that I was expecting. I was also interested in front side windows being tinted. I also wanted roof rack cross bars and was told I could purchase on my own.

Love my Tuscon

I love my Hyundai Tucson! It has so many safety features like lane assist and blind spot monitoring. Seat warmer are fantastic in the winter. The remote start through the app is a great feature! I love driving my Tucson!

Gets the job done

I bought this car after much research and found it to be one of the cheapest smaller SUV's while still maintaining high safety features and overall an appealing look and functionality. With that said there are things that I wish were different. The headlights are difficult to see with at night as the shape of the hood almost cuts off the light from fully illuminating everything in front of me and the sound system (at least in my trim style) is lacking. I've also taken my vehicle into bigger cities and have been worn on the ability to steal these cars easily due to a faulty back latch system and that a specially programmed USB can bi-pass the need for a key. Overall though easy to use, comfortable for short and medium length trips, decent on gas mileage and fits my family comfortably.

Great vehicle! Not too small and not too big. Great pick up and go (turbo/sport mode). Great looking vehicle. So fun to drive. Very dependable and reliable. Dealership was very friendly and caring. Getting the vehicle serviced is so easy.

I've had some electrical issues with this vehicle in my first year of ownership .Currently my rear driver's side window doesn't operate. I have been in contact with a Buick dealership & considering trading vehicle for a Buick.

Not for highway drivers

After purchasing a 2021 Tucson Limited for my daughter I loved the safety features. I purchased the same for myself. The drive is smooth however the safety features choose when to work. In addition to that its a 4 cyl but the pick is slow you have to give consideration when driving every day on the highway.
