Cheaply Made Tucson

I had a 2017 Tucson that I was very happy with. When my lease was up I decided to get the same newer model. Well, this model was made very cheap and it has less features than my older one. The acceleration is terrible, the radio doesn't work clearly and the fabric is cheap! I'm paying the same amount as my last Tucson which was worth it, this one is not! Very disappointed in Hyundai for dumbing down this model!

Not impressed

This was a downgrade from what I had basically for the same price. Hyundai used to be the best value. Now they are overpriced. Very disappointed. The interior feels cheep, its underpowered, and over priced. Missing many key features. Worst purchase I've made on a new vehicle. we will be looking for other brands when our lease is up. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR!

Paint is awful

I went back to dealer after buying in rain. Dealer said paint was runny and needed repaint on newcar! Looks like someone sanded the paint and then swirled it. Roof molding is all bubbly as well Hyundai said they will not help.

Nice vehicle

Hyundai vehicle are some of the best vehicles on the market. I've owned at least 8 over the last 10 years and in that time I had one problem with a transmission that was part of a recall. They got me a loaner and fixed the problem as soon as they got the NEW transmission. They look good and have plenty of standard equipment and for a little more, all kinds of extras.

Rippled paint makes my new car look defective

My car is completely covered in orange peel paint and dealer said it’s not acceptable. Hyundai refused to send rep to look at the vehicle and just dismissed it out of hand. It’s embarrassing to drive In public. I’ve seen many others that do not have this issue.

The 2021 santa fe is way better

I first went to buy a santa fee but mistake is went downgrade to tuscon but now I regret it because the Santa fe is a way better car with their amazing upgrades. Always stay with Santa fee, overall a Has the best upgrades.

Financial services

If I could give zero stars I could. I hate being lied too. The finance dept is horrible. I have my car only one month and it is brand née. I did not but it new. I like the sales guy and since I was about to refer 3 people because of the sales person - I told them to stay away from Hyundai and advised my Mother to go elsewhere- not a Hyundai

It’s awful for comfort, the controls are awkward, no vents for back seat riders, you sit to low in car so its hard to get out, the media system is hard to operate you have to go to too many screens to get where you want.

Love my Tuscon

I purchased a 2021 Tuscon Limited. It is the perfect size for me. It came with an amazing amount of features for the price. The safety features, the leather interior, the amazing sound system....wow. On the road it feels great. There is very little cabin noise and it feels solid on the highway cruising at speeds of 70+ mph.

Catostrophic failure

The automobile completely failed in the middle of the winter highway at night. No warning lights. Just strange thinking then complete failure of the vehicle. I bought this new and regret wasting my time and money.

Don’t do it!

I got ripped off at the dealership w/xtra charges. Hyundai Finance never created an acct #, temp reg exp, can’t drive the car or park it & paying to park it in a garage until they send the title info

Horrible

I feel unsafe in this vehicle and I regret purchasing it. The customer service was terrible. The brakes are awful, acceleration is terrible. The vehicle is very low powered even in sport mode and burns too much fuel. It is poorly aligned and has become a safety hazard.

Dealership Closing

Biggest problem was I bought the vehicle from AutoNation Hyundai on 104th and Huron in Colorado. I bought a package of oil changes from them at closing. I took the vehicle in for its first oil change and I found out the dealership was closed. I was never notified of this. I was referred to a new dealership that I guess bought out AutoNation and they would not accept Auto Nations package of oil changes. I found another dealership in Boulder who accepted this package. Will never do business with Auto Nation again.

Did not like the vehicle was not able to change it after a few days salesmen was in a rush to get it off the lot tried to talk to the manager and told him I could come back and put money down he said no it was too late and they wouldn’t take it back

Engine Replacement - Open Recall

Purchased vehicle brand new - owned less than a year with properly servicing and engine needs to be replaced. Open recall on ABS and was never made aware. Even went and got vehicle serviced at Hyundai and was still not made aware - 2 days later engine went out. Been in the shop for 3 months with still no answer on IF (what the provider is saying) warranty department is covering replacement. Absolutely crazy.

Poor on gas

Would trade it in fast if could the gar is horrible on gas the financial and warranty department does nothing but lie to you. The only nice person in the whole place was my sales guy everyone else nothing but lies I will never trust hyundai again
