Overall, I like this vehicle I’m just unhappy with the ease-of-use on the touchscreen and the locking system. It’s nice looking and rides well. It has a lot of options for the money. I would have liked a little better MPG.

Great vehicle

This is a great vehicle. It is spacious with great leg room. Look the big screen navigation. Have driven it on long trips and drives excellent. Love the back up camera and front view camera. Plan to keep this vehicle for a long time.

Excellent Experience & Quality

The car drives amazing. I really enjoy my new Hyundai Tucson for its amazing features, how comfortable, and how safe it is. It feels like you're driving a spaceship. The experience at the dealership was amazing as well. Lander at Arapahoe Hyundai really took his time to make sure I was getting the best offer and getting the best service. He is the reason that I came back to purchase the car.

Great work vehicle

Spacious suv great for going to work sites. With the seats down I can fit a large amount of tools and supplies while still driving safely and comfortably. In addition the towing capacity easily allows me to tow my trailers with me.

It rides good and smooth

I wish that the engineers can change the light the signals in the back the sunroof is kind of complicated. The navigation system is complicated. It is hard to see stuff on it but it’s OK. I love the gas economy. I am still finding out a lot of stuff with the car What you can do

Hyundai does not honor their Warranty

I purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Tucson SEL from Clay Cooley Hyundai in Mesquite. Stay away from the aftermarket ELO system they automatically install as it voids your warranty on anything it messes up. Drained my battery twice overnight. Took it to a Hyundai dealership closer to my house and they charged me $227 labor to check what was draining my battery. I took their receipt back to Clay Cooley where I purchased the vehicle and they tried to tell me it wasn't causing any problem. I was ASE Certified and I know how to do a Parasitic Drain Test, and it was killing my battery as the first dealership told me and unhooked it but charged me the labor. I guess the customer is just out of luck since the ELO system voids the warranty on anything that is causes a problem with. Stay away from Clay Cooley Dealerships!! and Hyundai.

Best decision made

It is a sports family car. Great quality, reliable, very good value for the money! The features are from any luxury car with 360 parking cam and sensors, ventilated seats, heated seats even the rear seats, Bose speakers, over the air system updates, traffic notifications, app with remote functions... I love it! It is very comfortable for long trips. I've driven 10+ hours trips a few times and had no complaints.

My amazing 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited

Everything about my new car is fantastic. It’s fun to drive, reliable, good looking inside and out. I literally have nothing bad to say about it, only good. Also, my buying experience was just as good as the car itself. The main salesman, Isaac was extremely nice and informative about every aspect and part of decision making and buying process. Tucson limited

Tucson limited has better features than Audi Q5 for sure with little bit of better can out perform in all areas.. because I do have brand new Q5..but love to drive Tucson limited because it has more features and more space

Nice but ugly

Its a new car, so far all ok. It is my wife’s, but for me is ugly and has no power, nice interior, good visibility, small gas tank, front seats too high, easy to buy, too much volume on the side fenders, horrible grill, ugly stop lights, ugly triangle day light lights…

Excellent Compact SUV

Compact but plenty of room for front and back seat passengers. Good storage space for a compact SUV. Fuel economy has been more than advertised. I found the acceleration to be more than adequate and the transmission is very smooth. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a compact SUV

Quiet, comfortable and great fuel efficiency

We really loved how the Tuscon felt once we test drove it. Quiet. Great handling and ride comfort. After having it for a month, my fuel economy is great also at an average of 32mpg. The technology in it is impressive also especially with the bluelink app.

Great small SUV

This is a great car with many safety features and self driving. City mileage isn’t great but gets up to 42 mpg on cruise control at 70 mph. The Limited has many comfort features and quality interior. At one year since purchase and zero issues.

Looks nice but might not last

The car's interior is roomier than bigger SUV's and looks modern. However, the engine has a rough idle and acceleration is slow. Half the time the safety features such as the blind spot monitor, brake assist, lane assist, and backup camera are not working properly and my iphone only connect sometimes.

Good local transportation

I needed a replacement for a 14 year old Subaru for local errands etc. The Tuscan gave me the most bang for the price including the best warranty. I'm satisfied with my choice and expect to keep the car for many years

great suv with all the toys

if you are looking for above average suv experience, please take a look at the new 2023 tuscon. i bought the limited with all the most modern covenient features, such as sirius xm,navigation,turbo-charged, and a myriad of safety features such as, blind-spot pictures on the dashboard,front and rear breaking for pedestrians or other obstacles,heated and air-conditioned seating, 360 degree surround camera, that shows your exact position in relation to any other car , pedestrian, or obstacle. plus this car can move by remote fob frontwards and backwards to help you get into your car when someone parks too close to you, and you cant open the driver's or passenger's car doors. you can actually move it out, and get in and drive away. the surround view and back-up sensors are so unique, that you could park between 2 big paneled trucks, and slowly back out, and the car's monitors will show you on your screen that someone or possibly a shopping cart is behind you and stop the vehicle. the car has tons of room for 5 passengers, plus i also carry 3 bags of bowling balls(each bag has 3 balls in it) and i fit them all behind the back seat. the seats can be adjusted to almost any configuration immaginable. the suv rides more like a car, no truck-like bouncing up and down. if you need space and toys, give the new 2023 tuscon a serious look and test drive
