Nice car but interior system does not work.

The car is nice and luxuriously designed. The interior is nice. However the sound system stopped working after only 2 in a half months of purchasing my brand new car. The dealer was NO HELP. Issues have not been resolved after 2 weeks of waiting for this to be fixed. I don’t even want to drive the car because of this issue.

Tucson is definitely not a Santa Fe

This is my third Hyundai and my most likely my last. I’ve had 2 Santa Fe prior and they are without question superior to the Tucson in more way than one. I regret leasing it and look forward to the term ending.

low quality

The steering binds, the transmission has a hard time downshifting, radio changes to some podcast when put into reverse, mirrors shake at idle, AC takes a long time to get cold. It seems poorly made when compared to the 2019 Tucson I had.

2023 Hyundai Tucson hybrid review

The main reason for 2 star rating is during to the low mileage it is giving me.ocer highways and in local roads it's no where near to what was advertised barely giving 27/32(hwy/city) compared to the decal of 36/37.

2023 tucson

Color of vehicle was not as described and rim color also. Not as driver friendly as 2020 Tucson. Displays not as accessible. Push button shift definitely a negative purchased quickly thinking similar to prior vehicle but feel much lower quality. Floor carpet not even finished !

Should have stayed with the 2022

The handling, the fuel economy, and the lack of acceleration when the AC is on a minimal setting is a huge drawback to the 2023 model. You can get the Kona I would encourage you to get the Kona. You can get a 2022 Tucson go for it. Stay away from the 2023 model. It's going to cost you more in fuel, patience, possibly safety with the lag time with the acceleration when the air conditioner is set to low. Dreading the winter.

Leaky sunroof or front windshield, second time bringing it in to figure out. Clunky tranny. Rear camera stays on

Pretty car but not made well. Leak from sunroof or front windshiels. Taking it in a second time to try to get an answer. The transmission is very clunky. The engine just sounds sad when accelerating. The rear camera has been staying on after I shift to drive. Looks great, but flawed.

I had a bad experience at the dealership

This car gets poor fuel mileage my average is 130 miles a tank I wasn't treated well by the finance guy. And the sales manager brushes off people and has other people deal with the customer. The car was not cleaned The car had 200 miles on it so it was not new but it was sold as new I believe I was lied to about the price. There is dirt under the film of a window.

I hate this vehicle it's a huge downgrade grom owning Genesis for 3 years. Bought this car limited and I'm limited al right! Limited speakers limited air , limited dealer telling me about the tire thingy. I'm done with Hyundai brand.

Looks nice but might not last

The car's interior is roomier than bigger SUV's and looks modern. However, the engine has a rough idle and acceleration is slow. Half the time the safety features such as the blind spot monitor, brake assist, lane assist, and backup camera are not working properly and my iphone only connect sometimes.

Tucson

Dangerous breaking when driving over 46mph. I experienced this problem with my first 2011 Tucson. At that time the problem slowly developed. With my 2023 Tucson, the problem came with the vehicle. I still have the problem because I haven't been able to take it in as yet because of my busy schedule. I hope to do that in the coming weeks. The vehicle also skips sometimes when accelerating.

Not good experience

Vehicle performed ok, had issues with navigation and sound. Had to take it in twice in a month. Awful dealer service with no communication for multiple enquiries starting from earlier this year. Worst dealer service of all vehicles owned.

Bad Sound System

Roof leaks from factory

The car looks beautiful drives great (when you can have it) tech is great all of that stuff is great. Here's the thing the moonroof had to be replaced because it leaked the headliner was stained and everything. It got replaced, the headliner however didn't. The headliner has never been properly installed since the we hot the car. There are gaps between the moknroof rail and headliner and the buttons to openthe moonroof blue link etc is not connected to the roof. When you push up to click it in place it will just unlock out and drop down again. The repair took over a month!

I wouldn’t buy that car and can’t wait until my lease is over and if I can trade it now I’ll . Car looks nice comfy from inside . But not fun to drive at all if you driving on high way you better stay on right lane .

Too many issues early on

Looks more modern and stylish than competitors but things already not working well (oil leak, rear door latch issues, handle sensors inconsistent, weird stuffing coming out of windshield, weird jolting went accelerating).. I am anxious about what more problems I will be facing if these things are already not working well.. wanted to try out new brand but am kind of disappointment in my experience so far.. sad to not have faith in my car already

Pressured to get into a vehicle I can't afford.

I was pressured to get into a brand new vehicle I couldn't afford after finding out I couldn't qualify for the vehicle I was going for. To add insult to injury they rolled over my balance from the previous vehicle to this new one and made so I had negative equity on this vehicle from the start and didn't even inform me. Now I'm upside down on this car and struggling financially! It'd be nice if your company could help me out of this situation.

Build quality and depreciating quickly

The sound I get while driving on windy time is weird, it feels like the vehicle is low quality and the aero dynamics is not consider properly. The other concerning thing is Hyundai vehicle is depreciate on value quickly as well as there is no resale value on these vehicles

Warped rotors with 7,000 miles

I had an older sonata I traded in for a 2023 Tucson I was drawn to due to the pretty calypso red color. I test drove the car decided I loved it and wanted to purchase it. Go back few days later to find out the car I was buying wasn’t the same one I test drove. One had 3,000 miles is the one I thought I was getting. Fast forward seven months at 15,000 miles I had to replace warped rotors and brake pads Hyundai said I was just over the warranty! I only put 7,000 miles on it. I didn’t warp the rotors. If the car went through testing before I bought it how did they not see this??
