Overall pleased with purchase and dealership interaction. The new 2023 Tucson has met and so far, surpassed my expectations I will continue to be a Hyundai vehicle purchaser in the future. I realize Hyundai is in competition with other car manufacturers.

Everything i expected and more!

Before ever going to the dealership i had done extensive research to ensure that this was the vehicle i wanted to buy, I test drove 2 different model years of the Tucson and ended up settling on the brand new one. It rides smooth, the car seat fits great in it and still gives plenty of room for the seat in front of it. I was surprised at how much cargo room it had for the size of the vehicle. All of the options feel well thought out and the vehicle has a "premium" feel to it which is great for the price range. And on top of all that i usually far exceed the expected MPG on the highway!

Comfort and style

Great new style with comfort and plenty of storage. Great gas mileage for a vehicle this size. Engine performance is good also. Some extras are, heated leather seats, sunroof, self adjusting interior rear view mirror, side mirror defrost, auto rear lift gate and more.

Drives very smooth

New look is great. Features and safety fabulous. Love the look of this car. I also own a older Hyundai and they have really stepped it up with design. The dealer salesman was such a great guy we did everything over the phone he had just what I wanted.

2023 Tucson Limited

Vehicle is much improved from my 2019 Tucson Ultimate. The safety features included are great. The features are the same or more than vehicles costing thousands more. The vehicle is attractive inside and out. Quality materials used throughout.

Wonderful new car

Overall, I am very pleased with my new 2023 Hyundai Tucson. I'm still in the process of figuring out all the bells and whistles since most functions are computer based and my 2011 Santa Fe had none of this. If there's anything negative to say it would be that 4 cylinders do not have the same pep as 6, but that's to be expected. I hope to keep and enjoy this car for another 11 years!

The front light system is very unique. A lot of people look twice. The whole style is great. The wheels and tire are very nice.The sun roof is fantastic.The map or gps. The safety features are very helpful.

Redesign is great

I have had three Tucson's and the 2023 redesign is great. It is much more luxurious. The inside design is really beautiful. I bought the other two Tucson's for the lower price point but I bought the third for the styling, interior design and upgraded engine (much quicker).

Great overall experience for me! Got the car I wanted with a good deal!

Love my new Tucson! It’s a great mom vehicle easy in and out and lots of room for groceries and everything else I shop for haha ? I would def purchase another Hyundai in the future.. maybe something a little bigger like the palisade if i could find a good deal ☺️??

Excellent fpService from Fitzgerald and Vadim.

Needed all wheel drive vehicle.We were due for maintenance needs tires, battery windshield and 30000 preventive maintenance. My wife did not like color black our agent Vadim found us nice red all wheel drive.

Great purchase. After the test drive, I was sold. Quiet, solid and dependable. Glad we made this decision. Vehicle is sporty looking inside and out. I would give it a second look on the road. Rides much better than our 2020 Tucson. Feels like a luxury vehicle when your in it.

Great car got even better

Traded in a 2020 Tucson Ultimate for a 2023 Tucson Limited. New car is slightly larger, edgy looking and now has even more features than the 2020. People that have drove it , love it. Hyundai doesn't't disappoint and the price for what you get is great.

Great sleek looking vehicle.

The ride is very smooth and seats are very comfortable. CarPlay is a huge plus for me and wireless charging say goodbye to anymore cables. I feel like it hits the sweet spot for anybody looking at suvs.

Great vehicle at a great price

The last SUV I had was a 2010 Lexus RX 350; great vehicle. It was stylish, comfortable, and performed well. My Tucson is all of those things but about $15,000 less than a similarly-equipped Lexus. Safety features are excellent. Comfort is exceptional. Styling is a personal preference but I think it’s the best-looking SUV.

Have not driven the SUV long enough to give an honest review. My rating of Excellent is based on one month of ownership.

We have owned this SUV for one month. So far it is fine. We are still learning the features. That is our review at this time. Ask again in 6 months or a year. I do not understand how you can expect people to respond to a survey this soon after purchasing a vehicle.
