Looks great, some faults. Hope it lasts well

Purchased this vehicle because it had lots of features and price was lower vs. other cars. However, it does not feel like a prestige car to show off [brand name is not so high], and pick up acceleration is very poor regardless of the drive mode selected (even sport). Hope that it ages well as i am new to this brand.

It was good

My experience with the warranty is that they don’t want to deal with it. I have an issue with the paint coming off the front bumper and I have been trying to get it fixed for 3 months and no one can answer me about it

Great look but bad fuel economy

The Vehicle is very stylish in looks and good interior detailing but the fuel economy is very bad. Digital key is not available for apple even after a year of purchasing this vehicle. Overall, its a good vehicle with bad fuel economy.

The noise from outside can be hear while driving or sitting still. Gas mileage is less than indicated.

If you want an interior with minimal outside noise volume, this is not a good selection. The highway miles aren't accurate! And the gas usage on this vehicle isn't that good. But if those things don't matter to you, this is an excellent vehicle!

Done with hyundai vehicles.

Just okay to have it but comfort is not that you expect. Resale value or trade in value very less . New hyundai hybrid model are expensively high price . This is my 3rd vehicle with hyundai i think that ll be the last on with hyundai.

Not what I hoped for in a new car!

Vehicle has been good except for the rotors warping and the dealership refusing to fix them under Warranty. I no longer have any confidence in the warranty and will probably sell the car. Too bad it is also very difficult to get /schedule service!!! Not sure how to handle situations that occur without notice!!! Most dealerships can not service within a day or two. My experience is the service centers are undersized and lack experienced personnel.

Annoying

Other than the back-up system which cost me a fortune in increased Insurance payments The car is OK. I got so upset about the failure of the backup system it took away any enjoyment I had from enjoying my new car.

Worst dealer ever

Nice vehicle, nothing luxury just to take you from point A to B. The milage per gallon is higher than what is prognosticated. The side mirrors are not retractable as all new cars now, only the driver’s seat is electric. Back leg room too tide. The fabric for the seats feels roug.

I was a good purchase

I was expecting better gas mpg. The battery does not stay on enough to increase the mpg.The cameras seem to get dirty quickly, making the lane system to function improperly. Not having a spare tire, makes me feel uncomfortable, while driving. I have always had a spare, this is the first time I haven't had one.

Not that impressed

I had high hopes on his car being something I love for next 10 years. Sadly, it's fallen short for me. Gas mpg is NOT accurately advertised. If you are considering this for saving on fuel, consider how much your monthly payment will cost like it's additional gas prices. So I'm not really saving at this time, which was my goal.

Not my favorite car

I am disappointed that there is a knocking noise that no one can seem to fix. My car was in the shop for 2 months after purchase. I thought it was resolved but the noise is back. I drive very high miles and was hopeful a hybrid was a good option. I just don’t feel the quality is up to par.

Fun to drive

Great handling, good looking, comfortable, good storage, good vision, nice automobile. This would be a 10 star vehicle if the dealer would take the time to fix the three issues which are a flapping noise under the hood, a rattle in the passenger front door and an apple CarPlay system that when it works works great but it takes forever in a day every time I get in the car to get it to work.

Gas mpg not close to what suposed to be according published epa values

Overall a good car. I would have picked the gas model instead since the hybrid didn't make the plus. Highway or city numbers are not remarkable. I have a sienna hybrid with lower published mpg and always delivers 1 or 2 miles above the published

WONDERFUL/sleek design outside and inside. It should have a better gas mileage. Don't like engine sound, AC not good at all (mine is not working properly since the very first time I used it) and other little things...

Mileage not as expected

Not a good hilly highway car. I live in a semi mountainous area with some flat driving. even on a flat highway mileage is below what I expected for a car this size. In town driving mileage is way below what is advertised and expected.

The 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid is competitively priced, feature rich at the Blue trim level and futuristic in design. However, the few shortcomings leave a bad enough taste in your mouth to make you wonder if you should've splurged on something else.
